I've listened to and watched Vocaloid PVs from a very young age and I do vaguely remember that art of Miku and Rin though I couldn't tell you if I ever heard the song or not. About the Spongebob PSP commercial. Be careful, it may turn out to be not a commercial after all. Lot's of breaktime and special day/event clips like that were made and it could be very possible that it's not even trying to advertise, but was just a quick and simple day of games clip to show something on the screen, made possibly even by a new apprentice. Germany had a lots of Spongebob Events, stuff called for example "Schwammgelber Oktober" (spongeyellow october) where they would show spongebob reruns all day, all week, all month with lots of tiny snippets inbetween edited by non-nickelodeon-official sources.

I don't know how to say this kindly, but Interface may as well be lost forever at this point. If it ever turns up, it'd be a real miracle, but I *highly* doubt it. The search for this song has been chaotic, people aren't even looking for it, MASA himself doesn't even have it anymore, it's time to give up and accept that it may not exist in a full form anymore. Not to mention all the remakes ruined the search for this and other songs that are also lost.
I find it hard to believe that it doesn't exist SOMEWHERE on somebody's old hard drive. The hard part is spreading the word so that somebody with it in their possession is aware of the search.
The cursed image of Spongebob and Patrick taking a big smooch in the Comedy Central bumper raises my eyebrows in concern. That and the forbidden "Behind Close Doors" sketches makes it canon event for our Sponge Boy Me Bob.
I watched Comedy Central Germany on that very Day and from what I remember the PSP commercial was just a short bumper with Spongebob telling us "The Think Happy Day is brought to you by Little Big Planet"
I'm dutch, and I always watched german tv when i was a child, i do vaguely remember the spongebob commercial, but i don't want to get anyones hopes up. I didn't record my tv or episodes, but i can say i for sure do remember that because i also remember that i was all happy that spongebob played the same game as I did hahaha
Seems for Interface we would have to rely on someone having the song downloaded from back in the day. I see some comments on the vocaloid database saying he said he lost his old songs when he changed computers back in the day. Based on the “remade” version of the song, it doesn’t sound familiar to me. Despite the fact I love vocaloid (it’s almost like I made Miku my icon or something and it has been my icon most of the time I've used this site) I'm checking my music of dubious legality and I don't see anything from Ell. Even back before I started learning Japanese I would download all kinds of random tracks from nico nico douga. In fact, I have a mystery Vocaloid song of my own. The quality of the song isn't super high and searching what few lyrics I do understand hasn't come up with anything. I have the song on my channel privated, hoping TH-cam would flag the song info. Nope. It’s Rin singing, but the file name got corrupted at some point and I can’t even find the song on Nico Nico. I guess I could finally make a post on the lost media wiki even though I have the track but I know nothing else about it. TH-cam loves to hide my comments if I use English and Japanese so I can't contain everything in one comment. 🙄 It doesn’t sound like a song I’ve even heard before. So I doubt I have it.
Re: The Seinfeld episode "The Bet" - There are excerpts from its script and paraphrased descriptions of it in the Notes About Nothing subtitles on the DVD set, although I can't recall under which one as it's sporadically brought up across a few different episodes
I just realized: How was that 10-second clip of interface acquired and used for the song ranking video by its original poster? I’m not sure if anyone else has brought this up before, but I’m 50% sure that maybe the poster of the ranking video could have the full song.
@@Spira1 I don't know if the bot uploaded the videos or if a human did it. But even the uploader wouldn' help since the bot only took random clips and not the full videos.
INTERFACE JUMPSCARE!!! i really hope this video leads into the finding of the song so bad, so many people have been invested in the search and this could be the final push to getting it found
I recently contacted Huntington Theater Company, which produced the "Marty" musical, if they still had any production materials and/or footage of the show in their archives. They haven't replied, sadly, but I'm confident that footage is out there!
I will say now that even though the short is found, the original full film screenplay script of the short "swirlee" is now lost again. The short was all they could make since the film wouldve been too expensive to make. There's a link on the lmw for the film's og script but the website is now down, and the wayback machine did not save the script. So now its lost.
As a Vocalost fan I'm so happy tht a popular lost media ytber is finally talking abt interface!! :DD Let's all hope that this video makes more people intrested in the search
Oh Man I watched X-Play as a little kid all the way back when it was just Tech TV up through it beciming just G4. I had no memory of the bleeding plush thing but when you mentioned the channel I thought "Oh yeah that makes sense". When you brought up X Play though I had a strange feeling in the back of the head, and when you showed up the segment itself my heart dropped. I did see that segment, and I'd burned it from my memory for a good 20 years until just now. I feel nauseous but also this is so funny???? The world is wild. I need to find the segment now.
been meaning to watch this and i saw it when the thumbnail was still interface, as a vocaloid fan it is crazy that one of the bigger lost media youtubers is talking about it i hope it gets found
I was hoping you'd talk about a vocaloid song!!!!!!!!!!!! lost vocaloid media is so interesting to me since usually there is a tiny little bit of the song still available via vocaranks... while interface may now never be found due to how little of it is left, other lost songs like those by scapegoat-p are just as interesting. I really hope you make another video on the subject!! it would be fantastic to bring more visibility to these searches.
I hope you do another video game lost media video. I saw a video by a TH-camr named Bexx reviews in which she reviews every jurassic Park Arcade game and in that video she brings up that there was an updated version of The lost world jurassic park arcade game in which it used slightly better graphics, different sound effects, and cut the carnataurus boss for a t rex boss in the city. But she's bring up the fact that it's lost media because there isn't any footage of it in the wild and no one has found the cabinet, would be pretty neat for you to bring it up next video
the biggest lost media case for me is the official track releases for the music that plays during the chapter cutscenes in f-zero gx you cant find them anywhere on the internet and the only instances of them are recorded straight from the cutscenes themself. i wouldnt call it lost media but rather “really hard to find” media
I have something similar. I asked a soundtrack ripper guy if he could rip the soundtrack to Rayman Arena Gamecube because the complete one isn’t online anywhere to be found. You can’t find the pause screen music anywhere. He said he couldn’t do it for some reason and then deleted his channel even though it had the only high quality rips of the ost of Raving Rabbids 2. (There’s low quality rips online and they’re not in English :P) So I seriously hope someone rips more obscure soundtracks eventually…
Another piece of Vocaloid lost media is the original Megurine Luka Rugrats Theory niconico mv It has reprints of the song but none with the actual original mv Plus the only footage is a niconico ranking sample just like Interface by Masa Works Design shown in this video Hope someone can find it !
There's this touhou X ufotable collab ova that was shown at a VERY private screening with no video recordings at all the only piece we got was a storyboard for it and promotional material saying it will come to dvd(?) But it never came
8:29 Can you please cover the lost 24thPowerProductions voiceover parody dub of The Secret Box? We managed to find the Opposite Day dub but The Secret Box is still lost and you're our only hope to help it resurface since every person I've talked to didn't have it saved.
Woke up at 3:56 AM, checked the discord server and i saw this video is been uploaded, i'm so like shocked and surprised that you talked about interface, great video :3
I was so excited when I saw the thumbnail! I researched a bunch of lost songs while I was researching Koronba's stuff and came across Interface. Great to see some more eyes on this topic and I hope it's found!
God, I swear I heard Interface when I was younger and really into vocaloid, but i was only about 10 so it was before i learned how to record or download audio from internet videos. I really hope it's found someday. Maybe someone on the Japanese side of the Vocaloid community would have saved a copy? I'm not familiar with the search so idk if many jpn fans are also looking for it, sorry if this has already been explored but maybe if anyone involved in this search knows Japanese they could ask around for it
I want to find a song I heard when I was a kid, this song played in a slideshow of fake MLP toys and recently I tried to find that video it had this song but I didn’t see it or it’s pervious parts. It had a male singer and it had the opening instrumental similar to Trance 009 but it wasn’t electronic and was calm. I only remember hearing these lyrics: “6 days, now you got a man. I tried to [couldn’t make it out]. Pretend that I don’t even care”, “Wish we never fell apart” and “try something new”. I think it’s from close post 2000s due to its quality.
17:12 I love how the visuals that are used is HTF {Happy Tree Friend's} Those characters looks like Plushies, but they bleed and die in graphic ways... 19:37 Now I'm curious about that short...
Interested in if the plush thing was actually part of a larger skit like mangocurry said, I guess that would be a lot of setup for what ended up only being about 15 seconds in the review. Wonder if it was common for X-Play to splice clips from other things on G4 into their reviews? Thank you for covering my topic, interesting vid as always!!
Woah, I actually remember the ad for Captain's secrets when I was a child on my Grandma's TV when I slept over one night! I always wondered about the image of Spongebob and Patrick kissing at 9:16. I didn't get to see the actual special, though, nor do i remember anything about a Spongebob PSP commercial.
I don't know how to really make posts on Lost Media Wiki, but there are to games that I wish to be found: Michael Jackson: The Experience for Mac and Windows and MySims Puzzle Party for Java Mobile. The only evidence for the first is both old Wikipedia edits (referenced in the MJ Wiki) and Scott The Woz's second channel. The second has almost everything other than the game documented (like wallpapers, promo wallpapers, and even some of the music) but the game itself is lost. It was in South Korea only.
As a person who has listened to masa works design, i already know the song is probably very dark and probably has to do with cannibalism or something Masa really likes making disturbing music and i think thats pretty cool tbh
On the Lost Vocaloid Song, It sounds like MASA is kinda pulling a Nickelodeon (what I mean is how Nickelodeon was when people asked about cry baby lane) right now when ever the song gets mentioned to them. Also in the Seinfeld episode script a fan or a group of fans should start like a fundraiser or something to get the funds to buy it and scan it.
Wait, the Bleeding Plushies, I actually saw that when it aired. I can't remember the exact date but I believe it was for Barbed Wire Biscuit on G4 when it premiered. I believe it was supposed to be a more "Adult" orientated humor, sort of their version of "Adult Swim". The bit wasn't for X-Play or anything related to a game in general and there were more skits with those puppets later on in the show. I don't remember any red filters but it was a long time ago. I actually found the bit to be hilarious for how far it was pushing the puppets with real guts angle. It was just so ridiculous I couldn't stop laughing. I remember the last one, I believe it was the sheep, it tried to get away and then the old lady said "Where are you going? I need you to give me a hand" she said, but ripped his arm off with no effort with blood going everywhere. The Old Lady just looked at the camera going "This is so much fun!" with the puppet flailing around going "My arm, my arm, my arm." It was just dark humor.
I remeber seeing the spongebob comercial as a kid on TV. The "Think Happy Day" was a block on Nickelodeon were they aired spongebob for an entire day. Back than Nickelodeon shared a broadcasting slot with Comedy Centeral where from 8.15PM till 6AM, they aired Comedy Central shows so the spongebob ad makes sense here. As for the PSP ad, i vaguely remember it being a fanart contest where you could win a PSP with Little Big Plane by sending a Spongebob Drawing to Nickeldeon either by post or a scan of it via email. It also aired on Nickelodeon during the day as far as i can remember. EDIT: Just looked up the original video and the memories came back. This 100% aired on CC Germany as i remember being super confused what the word "trans" meant when i was watching this as i would have been 11 or 12 when this aired.
Fun fact:a song was found from ell (masa) i dont remember the name but theres more found songs of him and also masa says he didnt remember of all the songs (bruh he deleted them like 9 year ago)and also doesnt have them because he change pc so yeah...
Really hoping to see the Adventures of Zorro's original English release get found someday. Or maybe even Sinbad's Journeys. (I watched the dub of both as a child. I'd love to see it again.)
I was surprised to see Interface here. Like genuinely extremely shocked, since vocal synth / vocaloid related lost media isn't talked about a lot and is kinda niche. I immediately clicked because of that. Sadly I don't think it will be found, but since you are a pretty big channel maybe the additional attention will help it be found

Oh ok
did you record anything from that day cuz if you did then you should digitalize it then upload it
I'm dutch, and I always watched german tv when i was a child, i do vaguely remember the spongebob commercial, but i don't want to get anyones hopes up.
It doesn’t sound like a song I’ve even heard before. So I doubt I have it.
Have you posted the song on your channel? Maybe others could recognise it
You should upload the songs in case we find lost media and/or obscure producers
Re: The Seinfeld episode "The Bet" - There are excerpts from its script and paraphrased descriptions of it in the Notes About Nothing subtitles on the DVD set, although I can't recall under which one as it's sporadically brought up across a few different episodes
Wow
I finally get to see interface here
I just realized: How was that 10-second clip of interface acquired and used for the song ranking video by its original poster? I’m not sure if anyone else has brought this up before, but I’m 50% sure that maybe the poster of the ranking video could have the full song.
I think it's ran by a bot
it was ran by a bot, that discontinued in 2012. a person didn’t make those compilations
Were the ranking vids also uploaded by that same bot? If not, then maybe the uploaded could have something too.
@@Spira1 I don't know if the bot uploaded the videos or if a human did it.
But even the uploader wouldn' help since the bot only took random clips and not the full videos.
YOU ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK WITH THUMBNAIL AND THATS A COMPLIMENT OMG
Ayo vocaloid lost media. I wonder if he will talk about other lost vocaloid songs like Medical Wedding
INTERFACE JUMPSCARE!!! i really hope this video leads into the finding of the song so bad, so many people have been invested in the search and this could be the final push to getting it found
I'd be really interested in seeing the Spongebob PSP ad. So interesting
I recently contacted Huntington Theater Company, which produced the "Marty" musical, if they still had any production materials and/or footage of the show in their archives. They haven't replied, sadly, but I'm confident that footage is out there!
OMG INTERFACE I HOPE MORE PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IT SO WE CAN HAVE MORE PEOPLE TRY TO FIND IT
Using unofficial gay SpongeBob fan art in a real ad is wild
I will say now that even though the short is found, the original full film screenplay script of the short "swirlee" is now lost again. The short was all they could make since the film wouldve been too expensive to make. There's a link on the lmw for the film's og script but the website is now down, and the wayback machine did not save the script. So now its lost.
With the amount of videos this guy makes it’s insane that he keeps being able to think of new video ideas, Keep up the great work. ❤️
As a Vocalost fan I'm so happy tht a popular lost media ytber is finally talking abt interface!! :DD
Let's all hope that this video makes more people intrested in the search

1:38 TALLY HALL NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I NEED THAT LOST TALLY HALL MUSIC VIDEO, I LOVE THAT SONG 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
ANOTHER TALLY HALL FAN SPOTTED >:3
Oh Man I watched X-Play as a little kid all the way back when it was just Tech TV up through it beciming just G4.
I had no memory of the bleeding plush thing but when you mentioned the channel I thought "Oh yeah that makes sense". When you brought up X Play though I had a strange feeling in the back of the head, and when you showed up the segment itself my heart dropped. I did see that segment, and I'd burned it from my memory for a good 20 years until just now.
I feel nauseous but also this is so funny???? The world is wild. I need to find the segment now.
been meaning to watch this and i saw it when the thumbnail was still interface, as a vocaloid fan it is crazy that one of the bigger lost media youtubers is talking about it
i hope it gets found
Thank you for bringing awareness!
Stopping kids from saying first :D
Respect
ok cool
:)
Mad respect, thanks man.
This comment ain’t gonna stop anyone….
UPDATE THE SPONGEBOB COMMERCIAL HAS BEEN FOUND!!!
Great!
200K Subs! Congratulations!
I was NOT expecting to see INTERFACE in this video, you're a real one for including it! Hopefully we can find the original song one day!
It actually surprised me to see interface! I'm glad it's gaining more attention :)
Hopefully it gets found
I hope you do another video game lost media video.
I love lost video games.
the biggest lost media case for me is the official track releases for the music that plays during the chapter cutscenes in f-zero gx
you cant find them anywhere on the internet and the only instances of them are recorded straight from the cutscenes themself. i wouldnt call it lost media but rather “really hard to find” media
SpongeBob playing lbp is not what i expected
Another piece of Vocaloid lost media is
the original Megurine Luka Rugrats Theory niconico mv
It has reprints of the song but none with the actual original mv
Plus the only footage is a niconico ranking sample just like Interface by Masa Works Design shown in this video
Hope someone can find it !
Ohhh noo there was an MV I THOUGHT IT WAS RANDOM FANART. WHYYYY.
I was just listening to it on Soundcloud too
I'm sorry, is that Miku and Rin?
Yes it is
There's this touhou X ufotable collab ova that was shown at a VERY private screening with no video recordings at all the only piece we got was a storyboard for it and promotional material saying it will come to dvd(?) But it never came
8:29 Can you please cover the lost 24thPowerProductions voiceover parody dub of The Secret Box? We managed to find the Opposite Day dub but The Secret Box is still lost and you're our only hope to help it resurface since every person I've talked to didn't have it saved.
AUGH GOD yes I love when new lssq videos drop when I’m on my lunch break 😭
Woke up at 3:56 AM, checked the discord server and i saw this video is been uploaded, i'm so like shocked and surprised that you talked about interface, great video :3
VOCALOID LOST MEDIA YAY
I was so excited when I saw the thumbnail! I researched a bunch of lost songs while I was researching Koronba's stuff and came across Interface. Great to see some more eyes on this topic and I hope it's found!
@@spatial_rindOooh I found a koronba listener
That’s the only reason I clicked on the video lol
@@skepbeans I love his stuff! It's a very scary rabbit hole, but I personally think it's nice down here.
@@spatial_rind yeah I love the subeana and kaiwaikyoku genre in general.. it has a very nice vibe!
I'm surprised I've never heard of Interface because I used to be big on Vocaloid, and specifically used to listen to MASA
1:59 finally a big TH-camr is talking about this
God, I swear I heard Interface when I was younger and really into vocaloid, but i was only about 10 so it was before i learned how to record or download audio from internet videos.
Interesting

I love how the visuals that are used is HTF {Happy Tree Friend's} Those characters looks like Plushies, but they bleed and die in graphic ways...
19:37
Now I'm curious about that short...
I watched that video twice today and it made me feel very nauseous for some reason
Woah, I actually remember the ad for Captain's secrets when I was a child on my Grandma's TV when I slept over one night! I always wondered about the image of Spongebob and Patrick kissing at 9:16. I didn't get to see the actual special, though, nor do i remember anything about a Spongebob PSP commercial.
you had to watch it on that specific day
I don't know how to really make posts on Lost Media Wiki, but there are to games that I wish to be found: Michael Jackson: The Experience for Mac and Windows and MySims Puzzle Party for Java Mobile.
Wow
As a person who has listened to masa works design, i already know the song is probably very dark and probably has to do with cannibalism or something
Masa really likes making disturbing music and i think thats pretty cool tbh
Interesting 😮
On the Lost Vocaloid Song, It sounds like MASA is kinda pulling a Nickelodeon (what I mean is how
Nickelodeon was when people asked about cry baby lane) right now when ever the song gets mentioned to them.
Also in the Seinfeld episode script a fan or a group of fans should start like a fundraiser or something to get the funds to buy it and scan it.
Hopefully it gets found
Holy shit interface mentioned
As opposed to that lost media that you *can't* help find for whatever reason.
VOCALOID LOST MEDIA IM STROKING OUT THAMKS SO MUCH FOR MENTIONING IT RAHHHHHHHH
Oh G4
I love me some Vocaloid lost media
OMG VOCALOID LOST MEDIA?! HELL YEAH ILL HELP FIND IT!

I was surprised to see Interface here. Like genuinely extremely shocked, since vocal synth / vocaloid related lost media isn't talked about a lot and is kinda niche.
