Basically AI Module consists of sources: Voltage (v),Current (mA), RTD (Resistance)& Thermocouple (mV) , Each channel have different sources, there's is chance of wrong connection, not easy to troubleshoot, if One channel got defective then need to replace complete module & we can use Temperature transmitter also when we take RTD connection in AI Module but in Case of Seperate RTD Module there is no chance of Connection error, if you are not using TT then RTD Module is good. In this Only RTD is used, But in case of AI module we can use different elements at a time.
hello sir connection 1 and 2 we given 4 to 20 ma with source meter that fine but when we are operating the value its opening also fine . but on connection no 3 and 4 we are not getting 4 to 20 ma dc with multimeter ......is that any parameter we need to adjust or just we can direct connect 3 and 4 to plc input .
3,4,5,6 internal pins , In this 3&4(short) make single connection and 5&6(short) make single connection so now we have two wire connection which is output of AO Module, this output goes to Marshalling Cabinet where we can connect AO control signal for Control Valve.
