Can someone tell what the second little hole on the bottom of the Rival is? Not the 12V supply hole with the flap. The other little uncovered round hole.
I’d like to know suggestions for SCOUTEK settings such as Timelapse interval, burst count, trigger delay/sensitivity, and IR flash range. My new Rivals are taking pics but missing the game. I’ve formatted SD cards& they have 100% external power source with lithiums inside. Any suggestions appreciated as I know I’m missing a bunch of game because my non-cell cams next to them are capturing many photos. Thanks issues only with Rival, not Renders.
Can you please do a video of what to use to power trail cameras..with lithium battery prices going through the roof, might be better to use rechargeable batteries and solar panels ??

We’ve been using our camera for a couple weeks now, but the lens has so much condensation on the inside of the lens that all the pictures are blurry! We can’t get to the condensation to clean it, what can we do?

The antenna from my Rival was broken off by a falling branch. The cam won’t connect now- can I buy a replacement antenna? Thanks

Do I have to have my subscription active in order to register and activate the camera?
I’ve deactivated my Render for the season already.
You can register the camera, but to activate it you must either have an existing data plan or purchase a new one.

Sounds like that would be a warranty issue.
