Dating a man I'm not physically attracted to is a level of maturity I never aspire to posses. Short guys have never been my cup of tea regardless of how angelic you are. I just can't.
For the first lady, don't try and save that relationship because its already dead and if you try to resurrect it, the foundation is already faulty. The fact that you have a New Born and he gives you that kind of treatment, tells you the kind of man he is, doesn't matter whether he is providing financially. For the girl who only attracts guys that want sex. First, wherever you go you'll meet guys who just want sex. Its the problem with the current oversexualized culture. The best thing you can do is put personal boundaries. This will help her avoid getting into situations where a guy acts right until he sleeps with her. Boundaries help avoid unnecessary hurt, drama and complicated situations. They'll also repel the wrong kind of guys.
Eventually she'll find someone genuinely interested in her.
I love the episodes with just Ben and Wanjiru. Takes me back to season 1!

I think you should end things with the guy and don't live with him. I know theres hopes for going to see his family but that's not going to be enough.
First, he's shown you that he doesn’t want to commit. He feels trapped and pressured because you have his child. He already didn't want to see your parents and he's talking with other women behind your back. Your relationships is in the ER and even if you get married know the marriage won't magically change how things are... pia hio itakuwa ER tu and you'll be 'saving' as long as it remains. Also kids don't make a marriage and marrying because of a child is recipe for disaster. Even the child might just get trauma from how the marriage is.
Find out if he can continue supporting the child even after you break up. I know financial support is a reason to stay with him but there's a chance of getting another kid if you stay. So imagine staying for financial support then go through the same process now with two children and an emotionally absent partner. Its going to be worse.
I acknowledge its not easy to do but I think in the long run it's the best decision. You might break up and he figures his life and you get together properly. Otherwise for now...

About finding men who are only interested in sex; sometimes the vibe we give off as ladies attracts a certain kind of men. A life audit helps; how do I carry myself, what type of conversations do I entertain, what platforms and avenues do I engage with especially with men etc.
This sheds light on why these men seem to only be interested in sex coz I'm sure they consider settling down with other ladies and are not hard wired to only look for sexual intimacy.

Some sentiments for the girl in that last situation... it might help to just stay single for a while first, and take time to "find her center". It feels like she's lost her sense of self, and constantly wants to belong/be with someone. Some time alone (single) could help, so she's not constantly reaching out for someone to be with. It will also help with her levels of self confidence, enough for her to stand on her own, thinking "I am enough. Doesn't matter whether abc likes me or not, and I don't have to medicate by making out or wanting to get back with my ex"
Counseling can help with that too... not a must, but recommended.

The truth is how people approach things matter
Like how you see yourself,how you hold space for yourself,how you treat yourself &how you perceive yourself..then all those things can reciprocate , remember everything that you do has an alignment, in that stance how you view yourself is an alignment to how people will view you too

As a lady you are bound to attract men from all walks of life. I think that's something that is beyond our control. It ain't your fault you keep attracting guys who want the chambers but the good thing is that you have the power to determine who gets to access it. As long as you know his intention put a full stop and move on. What you want is out here and at times you have to meet many men before you find the one 🙌.
It doesn't matter where you are hanging out because even those guys who quote Scriptures back to back, they'll be there asking for favors in whispers regardless of whether your skirt is sweeping the floor. They are thirsty but baby girl don't even try to quench that thirst just move on.

That 1st story...could be the guy felt trapped by the pregnancy and took up the responsibility just so he is not guilty of abandoning a child. Love yourself enough to walk way from someone who does not treat you right, doesn't respect you and more so is a non-communicator. He can support you while you live separate lives.

For the 1st situation. Pole sana girl. 1st of all its foolish for a person who was having unprotected sex to say they were trapped with a pregnancy. Shame on him.
Leaving this man is the best thing she can do for herself and her child. However, she cant just leave without a plan. She dsnt have the the luxury to get lost in the emotions of her past mistakes. She has to sit down an analys her life. 1. She has a baby. 2. She is in school. 3. She has a job though low paying 4. She has help from a family member. 5. She has not disclosed to her supporter that she has a baby.
Whatever she choses to do will be hard. So she must choose her hard. The hard thats he is willing to leave with and will not be ashamed to tell her child about one day.
