Improvements I've made since watching with Elle and her channel( with super strict parents)
My birds name is speckles
I stopped clipping her wings
She has been really happy flying around
I got a mesh thing for all the outside doors as a precaution
I'm training the cat to stay away from the cage
I changed her diet
I've been trying all kinds if fruits and she seems to be liking all sorts of stuff
She wouldn't eat anything before
I was feeding her some Kaytee shit from petco
I switched her to Harrison and a blend of other things.
I'm better at picking toys
I removed all the mirrors
My bird would cry without her mirror and she stopped eating because she tried to feed the mirror all her food because she thought it was another bird
I took her to the vet because she was underweight and I've been taking her off it because she is doing better(my vet said i could)
I discovered that she really
likes destroying things but its things that I want her to destroy for fun.

my poor bird was trapped in a little cage from petco
I got a metal cage and have been using better bowls and more persistent on keeping it clean
My little girl is doing so much better thanks to you elle thanks you so much.
I've only had her for two months so I'm glad that she didn't suffer for too long

i’m currently working on improving. my sister has 2 cockatiels one of them died and my sister gave me the other one knowing i don’t really like cockatiels. i like big and hyper birds more lol. my brother got a 1 month old sun conure and i’m hoping to teach him tricks like these.

Tittle me as a big fan supporter lol. Love you and ur birds I have three conures. I got my first conures three years ago and I knew not so much about birds. When I got my second conure I found ur TH-cam ACC and started watching all ur videos. I improved my care and than got my third Conure. I know so much about birds now and they r now a big part of my life. It was very exiting when u first liked and followed me on tik tok. I was smiling like crazy, what a dream, thxs so much

Nemo is such a clever bird! Side note, I went our local zoo yesterday and they have a huge aviary with at least 50-100 budgies and you can buy seed to feed them- it was an AMAZING experience!

We are big fans of trick training, especially ones that are self-reinforcing and fun for our parrots! Cool to see Nemo at it in this!
By the way my parrot is female she is African Grey she learned how to step up like only 10-15 days and now I'm learning her how to Summersalt and she likes to go on my head and she bites my ears lollll

I was young when I got my budgie and it never even crossed my mind that they could do tricks. Although Peaches will sometimes mimic sounds I make towards him- Whistles, clicks, chattering, etc
I mostly let Peaches do what he is comfortable doing on his own terms as he was neglected in his last home and is still not too comfortable doing certain things. Also wanted to say that I absolutely love watching your videos

I'm not going to lie. you are the one who made me love birds and that turned into me getting two. sadly one passed I waited for about three months then me and my mom decided to get one more to help the bird not be so lonely when we were away, I chose one as they were about to take her she was already pared and looked like she had a friend. so I toke one more and got a huge cage one that's for 8ish buggies and there is 4 so now I'm a proud owner of 4 alarm clocks that make noise at 8ish every morning🥲🙂

I just got my second bird yesterday! He's a little budgie who I call Captain Jack Budgie. I've been playing these videos in the background while I work with him. It's only been 24 hours but he's made so much progress! His wings are clipped from his previous home and he's seems to be terrified of hands. I'm going to be getting some new perches tomorrow as he currently only has two dowel perches had his nails are really long. He's currently been really inactive and sleepy which is slightly concerning but I'm hoping that'll pass. It's been a really different experience then with my last bird Stark (Who is feeling rather lonely not being in a different room) as I got him as a baby and was handfeeding him. It's really weird to go from my Cockatiel Stark, who has no fear whatsoever and wants to be out with people 24/7 to little Captain Jack who is scared of everything and has barely moved. He's made so much progress tho and I've managed to get him to eat out of my hand!

Something else important is that you teach it in a safe space with nothing that could hurt your bird because it must be taught out of your bird’s cage.
What the cheapest flight cage that you recommend
Hello 👋🏼 I have a Lovebird coming to my kitchen window. It’s friendly and allows me to get very close to it but flies away as I get near its feet. I provided a cage with food and water along with two toys. But I’m having catching it 🥺 I know it won’t survive much longer since we have hawks, crowd and other birds were we live. Do you have any suggestions?
Hey so I have acouple question, what are some good pellet brands for a conure? I am finding it so hard to find good healthy pellets. Also what about bird cage cleaning spray? Any recommendations?
TOPs and Harrison's pellets are some of the best brands available to those in the US, Europe, and Australia (though it can be hard to find TOPs there). TOPs pellets in particular use nearly all organic, non-filler ingredients that no other pellet has. Harrison's, though it has some fillers, sources their ingredients well and have many different varieties to choose from! Roudybush and Tropican are some other mid-tier options.
As for cleaners, there are only a few that are bird-safe. Mrs Meyer's, Nature's Miracle, and Poop Off are pretty popular options - the last of which is specifically made for birds!
