She was terrifying for me watching as a fan. Her body language and whole demeanour was dominant and intimidating. I would not wanna get in her way or piss her off.She’s definitely the type that would put you into hospital or kick you when you are already down. Her methods are the cruelest in the show and those faces she pulls and them crazy eyes are scary. I was so angry when she smiled at Tory crying and stood on her hand. I wouldn’t be able to do anything do. I wish she fought Chozen or Johnny great villain.

Kim Da-Eun was one of my favorite characters in Season 5. She really embraces the teachings of the "No Mercy" philosophy, that's what shapes her character.

She reminds me very much on Lucy Liu, and of course she is a bad a...! I am sure we gonna see her again, maybe teaming up with Kreese in Season 6. Silver stated Kreese was Sunyungs favorite student, so its very possible his granddaughter Daeun likes Kreese too. And Daeun was the only one who was able to see how Torys heart got warmer through Robby. When she punished her she said: "Its the boy".

what characters say in their foreign language please make a list of all of the Japanese or Okinawan phrases or sentences that they use in the show is what I find funny they have English captions that are readable apparently Korean words that are readable nothing for Okinawan or Japanese wish there was a list of all of the words they ever used starting from season one up until now and then just add more when they make them more seasons if they do

I would love to see Julie Pierce in Cobra Kai, maybe she has a dojo in Boston and one of her students enters the Seikai Taikai tournament. Eventually Julie Pierce fights sensei Kim in season 6.

Something about the spelling of her name. Of course not imporant, but maybe interesting for the one or the other :). In todays romanizations of korean and chinese names, their first names which consists mostly of two syllables, arent spelled like "Da-Eun" or "Da Eun" anymore. The reason is Da and Eun arent two seperate names, like Jean and Claude vor example, its one name which consists of two syllables. There are two methods:
1) With syllabification: Da-eun (not capitalized, lowercase behind the hyphen)
2) Without syllabification: Daeun
So her name is spelled either Kim Da-eun or Kim Daeun.
We in the West do have middle names, like John Fitzgerald Kenndy or Thomas Ian Griffith, but Koreans and Chinese dont have middle names.
If you write Kim Da Eun or Kim Da-Eun, many ppl think Da and Eun are two seperate names, but they arent. Its one name, Da-eun or Daeun.
If you should visit the Taekwondowon in South Korea, which is the world Headquater of TKD, you can see all the legendary TKD masters, and they are all spelled in todays romanizations, i imean their golden plaques. Its not "Choi Hong Hi" anymore but "Choi Honghi" instead.
