  • These are what work best for me and everyone has different ways that work for them, with that said, do not feel pressured into doing it exactly the same. Do what works for YOU. If your bread tastes yummy that’s really all that matters, ear or no ear.☺️ They are a but overtated anyways no?😉😆 Enjoy your bread folks!     Wow thanks for sharing! What kind of flour do you use? I'm wondering if I'm doing my loaves a disservice by just using the basic organic flour I can get from Costco 🤔

      No problem!! I use either King Arthur or Bobs Red Mill to feed my starter and then just the regular gold medal bread flour you can get at Walmart for my breads because it’s more affordable for us.☺️ If your starter is happy though any flour should do you good!☺️

    What flour do you put on top?. Mine always disappear after I bake it, and my scoring doesn't show at all.

      I use just regular Gold Medal all purpose (it’s bleached) could be why mine stays, I’m not sure though.😮
