There's one in Tokyo at Takadanobaba's Mikado right now - man, me and my buddy used to play it back in the old country all the time, and now it found us again in Tokyo. What a trip!
This pinball machine made a cameo in the 2014 horror film, “Clown”. It’s shown in the Chuck E. Cheese scene when Kent, possessed by the evil clown suit goes there, and eats 2 kids in the playground area.
I got this game as part of a 3 for 1 trade deal..... 3 games for my Dirty Harry pinball. I'm very happy with the deal, even though I love Dirty Harry pinball. People give Dr. Dude alot of grief because it looks like a big interactive toy-fest like DMD era games, and they're soon disappointed at the rinse and repeat gameplay and static toys (except the Big Shot target/toy). I really like the game and how hard it is on mine to get multiball, the Jackpot, and have a long balltime. Its tough, really tough. One thing to note is that this game was originally designed to be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which Dennis Nordman and Greg Freres have stated in many interviews. The MixMaster was supposed to be the Technodrome, and I'm sure the Big Shot was BeBop, Rocksteady, The Shredder, or someone else from the cartoon/comics. Its fun to imagine this game in a TMNT art package. Thanks for the vid, good stuff.
+E Stan Some pinballs do get old quick. That is why pinballs like Addams Family and Twilight Zone are so beloved by fans. You have so much to do before you get to your goal....
Yup, I own it, does get old. Basically three different shots x amount of times then up the ramp, then up the left side/orbit area to start two ball multi ball. That's basically it. But the theme and story is cool af.
Found a bar in Berlin just recently which actually had a Dr Dude in a pretty good shape. It's very cool, but the gameplay lacks depth and doesn't really favour long play.
I only played this on the Zen mobile game. Very difficult table. Ball drains all the time without giving a fair chance. Seems like I have become a nudging expert to survive even a minute of game play and I do very well on other tables.
Holy crap, this table is so 80s, it hurts.
Yeah, it was released in 1990, but the 90s wouldn't truly begin until September 1991

This looks like a real fun pinball machine! I especially love the sound, music, and artwork!
Fitting the game is next to a party zone. Those are both really cool.
Riz2336 That's the reason why my friend who owns this game got Party Zone so it could go with Dr. Dude like a bother/sister game.
I've always wondered how they keep all the art on the playfield from chipping/fading/wear.
very nice - love it on pinball arcade - this actual pin looks like it plays really well also - Thanx Nick
This was my all time back in 1990’s in Croatia when I was a kid wish I can get one here in Canada...

Yo Bro. Not one word on the skill shot at plunge. Please go into it more. Thank you.
The unfairest table ever...
Damn, I agree. Cool theme, but the difficulty is a joke
Worst pinball ever
