I've literally been banned from there a dozen times lmao. But to answer your question, you will only ever get banned if someone snitches you out or the admin notices. So if the captain doesn't ahelp it, and the admin doesn't notice (most of the time they are either playing the game or have it in the background, they aren't sitting watching it like a security cam), you will get away with it.
It really depends on the admeme on bee ive heard some people being banned for having a toolbelt as a doctor while ive been let off with a warn for irradiating the entire station twice
