Nice explanation sir, But i have a query regarding the output voltage of chopper you mentioned. You took an example of Vin for Chopper is 350v and mentioned that the Vout can be in the range from 0 to 350v. Can't it be more than 350v? (incase of Boost Converter).

No it's DC to DC converter
@@sharathmr3059 chopper chops off a part of an electrical signal. DC has no negative signal. how will a chopper convert a dc then?
