What are we use shade in healing chamber,pollyhouse or greenhouse,

Healing chamber is inside the climate control green house in which temperature and light intensity is controlled with the help of wet pad/fan and Reflecting or Aluminet net respectively. If even after using the Aluminet net, light intensity is more than required/ recommended than can use shade net to reduce light levels.
How old age of scion and root stock then we can grafting ?please inform ,

Age of Rootstock and scion depends on crop which we are going to graft and following information is based on our experience . Can take trial
like in Brinjal : Scion takes 20-22 days and Rootstock (Solanum torvum) takes 50-55 days to get ready for grafting.
In Tomato : Scion takes 18-20 dyas and rootstock ( Hybrid Brinjal ) takes 30 days to get ready for grafting
In Chilli : Scion - 25 days and RS takes 35 days
in cucurbits : most of cucurbits get ready in 12 to 15 days for grafting

Yes, you can use shade net of 30 to 50% for hardening of grafted plants.
Role of shade net in nursery production:
Purpose: To reduce temperature and light intensity
1. Do not use shade net on continuous basis during nursery growing. Continuous use of shade net throughout nursery growing leads to thin and lanky plants.
2. In Summer Season - When maximum temperature is in the range of 38 - 40 degrees or more: Use shade net of 30 to 50% during peak temperature time in day for a duration of 2 to 3 hours. This is to reduce peak time temperature and light intensity.
3. In Winter Season or low temperature region - When maximum temperature is in range of 20 - 25 degrees or less: Do not use shade net at any time of the day.
Role of shade net in Vegetable grafting production:
1. In summer season: Due to adverse temperature condition, when inside climate control green house, the temperature is increasing beyond 25 to 30 degree celsius and light intensity shooting above 8,000 - 10,000 LUX then we need to reduce the both temperature and light intensity by covering the external surface of green house with shade net.
2. For hardening of grafted plants: Use shade net of 30 to 50% to keep light intensity in range of 20,000 - 30,000 LUX.
How do i get multi vegetables grafted plants in Telangana state for commercial purpose
At present, we do not have information about active nurseries developing grafted vegetable plants in Telangana. But your requirement can be fulfilled from any region which can be approximately within distance of 500-600 kms.
One such nursery location can be Jagdalpur (Bastar, Chhattisgarh), which is 550 kms from Hyderabad. In Jagdalpur, you may contact SKF nursery and explore if they can supply as per your requirement.
How can we get draft cucumber plants in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh
In Uttar Pradesh, Indian Institute of Vegetable Research (IIVR) Varanasi is undertaking Vegetable Grafting at commercial level. You are advised to contact IIVR, they may be able to guide you for cucumber plants.

ग्राफ्टिंग के बाद शुरूआती ४-५ दिन आद्रता 80 % या इससे अधिक रहनी चाहिए, फिर टनल का कपडा खोलने के बाद आद्रता कम हो जाती है परन्तु तब तक पौधा जुड़ चुका होता है.
आम किसान तो इतना नहीं कर सकता है. किसान को पौघा चाहिये मेरे बिहार मे vnr की साखा लगेगी क्या?

Hardness of nursery is primarily depends on environment in which nursery is being grown.If nursery growing is done under shade net than nursery will be soft and lanky .
Always try to grow nursery plants in full sunlight conditions to make them hard or sturdy so plants can stand in main field after transplanting.
Plants should be grow in full sunlight or about 40000-50000 LUX light intensity.
