This type of inadequate communication happens in relationships between all age groups all types of relationships children parents, romantic relationships, work relationships, friendships etc. Most people myself included we have inadequate communication skills and that’s because we are not taught how to communicate properly from an early age. Divorced parents, dysfunctional family dynamics, neglectful parenting, isolation, your emotional needs not being addressed as a child results in you growing up to be insecure about yourself and unable to express yourself in a meaningful and respectful manner. You just don’t have the tools, the skills, the knowledge and how to., and the older you get the more pronounced your issues become because you cement the dysfunctional dynamics of your childhood. I am on my way to obtain my Masters degree in Mental Health counseling and I suggest that both Justin and Hailey get a good therapist along with classes of effective communication. It will help them if they are willing to work on themselves separately and together in therapy.😊

This type of inadequate communication happens in relationships between all age groups all types of relationships children parents, romantic relationships, work relationships, friendships etc. Most people myself included we have inadequate communication skills and that’s because we are not taught how to communicate properly from an early age. Divorced parents, dysfunctional family dynamics, neglectful parenting, isolation, your emotional needs not being addressed as a child results in you growing up to be insecure about yourself and unable to express yourself in a meaningful and respectful manner. You just don’t have the tools, the skills, the knowledge and how to., and the older you get the more pronounced your issues become because you cement the dysfunctional dynamics of your childhood. I am on my way to obtain my Masters degree in Mental Health counseling and I suggest that both Justin and Hailey get a good therapist along with classes of effective communication. It will help them if they are willing to work on themselves separately and together in therapy.😊
