Odawara-jō: It was the main castle of the late Hōjō forces during its 5 generations. Odawara was a Doi clan fortress during the Kamakura period, and a fortified residence built by its collateral branch, the Kobayakawa clan was located on the approximate site of the current castle. After the Uesugi Zenshū revolt of 1416, Odawara came under the control of the Omori clan of Suruga. In turn, they were defeated by Ise Moritoki de Izu, founder of the Odawara Hōjō clan in 1495. Five generations of the Odawara Hōjō clan improved and expanded in the Odawara Castle fortifications as the center of their domains, which spanned most of their domains - the Kantō region. In 1938, the castle site was proclaimed a National Historic Site, with the area under historical preservation restrictions expanded in 1959, and again in 1976 based on additional archaeological research. In 1893, the stone base of the ancient donjon became the base of a Shinto shrine, the Ōkubo Jinja, dedicated to the spirits of the Ōkubo daimyō generations. In 1901, the Imperial Villa of Odawara was built on the site of the old internal and secondary bonds. The Imperial Villa was destroyed by the Great Kantō earthquake of 1923, which also caused the collapse of many of the stone walls on the castle walls. Repair work was carried out on the stone walls between 1930 and 1931, but with very poor labor. In 1934, two of the remaining yagura (which had been destroyed in the 1923 earthquake) were restored, but on a half scale. The Tokiwagi Gate was subsequently rebuilt in 1971, the Akagane Gate in 1997, and the Umadashi Gate in 2009. The castle tower was remodeled from July 2015 to April 2016 to improve earthquake resistance and modernize its displays. The rebuilt Odawara Castle was listed as one of the 100 Fine Castles in Japan by the Japan Castle Foundation in 2006.

US$600 for a professional gimbal? US$300 too expensive IMO.
Mr H , that time it was cheapest for 1kg camera. And even now there is no 300$ gimbal which weight limit is above 1kg.
