- Based on popular demand, I researched into this Program for Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker Pilot. This Pilot allows for prospective immigrants to come to Canada with their family and provides a pathway to become a Permanent Resident in 2 years.

Here in NY its called home health aides the training is only 2weeks but i think its a year in Canada.if you have an experience back home on caring for elderly and physically challenged it’s good

This program has ended since June 18 2019 For new applicants. But those that applied before June 18 2019. Still have their application process. And those already working or leaving inside canada can use the program . Thanks
If you dont have information, try and make a little research. what you are referring to is the LCP(live-in caregiver program). that was stopped last year to pave way fro this two new Pilot program called Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker Pilot. just type it on google and find out yourself.

I would really appreciate if you could please answer my query. If a child care provider leaves Canada before getting PR (goes on vacation before completing his / her two year work experience requirement) then what is the eligibility criteria for re-entering Canada that he / she needs to meet. As per the below condition mentioned on IRCC website.
Leaving Canada
If you go on a vacation outside of Canada, you are not automatically deemed ineligible for permanent residence under the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot. However, it is important to note that if you leave Canada while your application is being processed, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to re-enter. Each time you re-enter Canada you will need to be re-assessed and meet all eligibility criteria for entering the country.
Your caregiver work permit must still be valid as at point of re-entry, criminal checks, valid employment, etc.

Yes, she may just need to take some short trainings to improve her chances of getting a job in Canada.

It started March 2019, for every immigration program you HAVE to do a credential assessment

I can see where one needs to sign on the form, both employer and employee....how will that happen, will the employer fill the form, fill it , print it out and sign ...then scan or send through courier ?
Also ...is the only thing required from the employer is to just fill the form.....is there no other documents requested from the employer apart from filling the form ....thanks
Signatures can be appended using e-signatures. There’s a document checklist, you’d need to check what is required for your country.

No. Just ECA, job offer, CBL 5 and experience, education.
Can change your job after Getting the pR?
Yes you can change your Job if you so wish. That's after completing the initial two years as a caregiver. I have a video I'd recommend for you but I can't post it here due to community guidelines.

Anthony Kim it’s available for everyone. As mentioned in the video, the minimum education requirement is 1 yr post secondary education.
Am a laboratory technologist, but I have taken care of my grandmother and step father with stroke. I can do the job well. Can I apply, I have every other eligibility.
