Pitch Perfect was so highly requested (by the marines as much as the sailors) that we ended up devoting an entire channel to playing Pitch Perfect 24/7 for the entire 11-month deployment. Surprisingly, it never really got old for me. Everyone on the ship loved that movie. It was like the anthem of our otherwise-miserable deployment.
