Hi doll. Dye is hard. I feel like what makes the chalk hard is not necessarily the dye but over drying the chalk and the chalk brand itself. That being said, I would love to hear your suggestions on dyes to try.

I use color splash a lot. And I use BSN often.. my last BSN purchase was a nightmare, it is rock hard.
