Madam! Your concepts totally wrong in many places.
First of all,Total number of Rounds : 8 Full Round and 1 Half Round.
Not 17.
Next, you have not known the working principle clearly.
Offcourse, each round involves 14 steps that comprise many addition modulo and multiplication modulo for 2 power 16(ie 65536). You haven't explained the above steps.
So, Don't confuse the audience. First see the IDEA algorithm in wiki. You can understand.
