Wow. I’m just finding out about this. I’d moved several years ago and hadn’t been in touch with musician friends about what was going on. So I missed the news about Mike. There’s a gig I’ll always remember playing was when I was about 19. I was on bass and he showed me what samba was about. He was such a killer drummer. He was about 4-5 years older and man, he really knocked it out. Neat guy with a dry sense of humour, he was always kind to me. I only played a couple times with him. Im truly sorry to hear about this. Prayers and condolences.

Its pretty sad it went that way for both of them. It should have not happened the way it did but as humans we do not have the power to control life's twists and turns. Obstacles will always be a part of our journey and it is of signifance that they're there for a reason and that is for us to recognize the value of our existence and to appreciate and embrace every bit that life can render. Time will heal everything...I am sure Kat will find her way back to flourish and shine once again under the spolight. Condolence Kat! RIP Mike Shapiro!🙏
cant help it but i cried🥲... while watching this video i felt so sad and i know what katrinas been through but she handles herself very well. katrinas heart broke into pieces and very sure til now the never ending questions of whys and hows couldnt find an aswer.. be strong and i know God Lord Jesus will lead you the way.. keep your faith strong❤️
Oh gosh when was this song sung by Katrina? Goodness it is so heartbreaking to listen to! I pray she stay strong and find strength amongst her family n true friends in such a challenging time. We love u Katrina.
