its just to touch up, most makeup artists do it after too, because eyeliner and mascara can take away from the eye shadow so they can see if it needs more after xx

لا حبيبتي شوفي صورها وهي صغيرة ومراهقة بعدين احكمي.. من اول ما طلعت وهي جميلة جداً بغض النظر عن البوتوكس او الفلر ولو شفتيها وهي حامل ما كانت مسوية تجميل ابداً وقتها لانه ممنوع
بالنسبة لإبرة النضارة اغلب البنات بياخدوها! يعني اذا ما اهتمينا بنضارة البشرة صرنا مهملات واذا اهتمينا صار اسمه تجميل!

I'd like to remind you that Rawan (who is kuwaiti) said that saudi women shouldn't be allowed to drive cause they're "princesses".... It's shameful to see privileged women achieving their goals and living their dreams stand against less privileged women's rights. Absolutley disgusting. I hope she can sympathize with how painful it is to be treated as a second class citizen in your society and be denied basic human rights such as education without needing a male gardian's approval.
