Your locs are beautiful and frame your face well. You may consider doing an ACV rinse for the build up . Wash hair with clarifying shampoos and really warm water to dissolve oils .

Thank you! I will definitely try the clarifying shampoo. I did the ACV rinse and it did not work but I’ll try again by a professional.
