Checked out our local area in Lockport Louisiana 4 days after Hurricane Francine. 🎣

We ventured out to the local area in Lockport, Louisiana, and managed to catch a few fish. Despite the swampy odor of the water, there were no dead fish in sight. This was four days post-hurricane, so I'm hopeful that the fish will thrive, and the fishing conditions will improve. 🎣👍

looks like all good in that area !! the basin & verret have kills but seems in certain areas!! blind river ,amite, tickfaw lots dead fish.

Man I hope the Morgan city and blind river areas pull through but it not looking good. Buddy of mine live in houma and says the water in bayou black area is smelling really bad hope that area makes it.
