Obernberger See - the most beautiful lake in Tirol?

Obernberger See is locatet in the Obernberg Valley - a side valley of Wipptal. It is just at the border to Südtirol (Italy). At 1600m above sea level you will find a beautiful landscape and a crystal clear mountain lake surrounded by mountains nearly or higher than 3000m above sea level (Tribulauns).
The lake is a jewel of Tyrolean landscape and propbably the most beautiful lake of the country

Ich war Ende Oktober bei wunderbarem Spätherbstwetter dort und konnte es kaum glauben, wie unglaublich schön dieses Wasser ist. Deine ganz andere Perspektive und der Schnee dazu lassen den See in doppeltem Sinn in einem komplett anderen Licht erscheinen. Wunderschönes Video😍
