Please. Keep showing these useless applications. Still make fun of practitioners, who are ignorant and stupid by continuing to see the same applications over and over and convince themselves that they are correct. But the masters of the past weren't stupid. Those of the present are, who do not know the bunkai of kata, and they invent anything to mask their ignorance.
These ideas are to help people understand the techniques. I never say that any of the "bunkai" works. The actual term you are looking for is "ime" that is "application" the word "bunkai" means "to break down". So inlight of what you have written I believe that I am "breaking down" the techniques so that someone watching can learn. If you want the real stuff then that would be in a class setting. Any "bunkai" that is on this channel is user friendly. I save the other stuff for class. Ie..... only my students get to go over the "ime". You may ask why this is user friendly.. well let me answer that for you. I want people to look at my videos and say "I can / want to do that", some videos I see can put people off. I don't believe martial arts should put anyone off. As for you blatant ignorance of kata "bunkai", please note that there isn't just 1 bunkai for anything. I see far too many people only showing 1 version, but the truth is that there are many bunkai for many of the techniques in karate. Basically you can allow your mind to run free. As for making fun of practitioners... I'm sorry but where I see it, I say it. The main ones I do comment on and come across are the "Americanised" people ie.. way over the top. I tell people what I see in their kata mainly. I rarely comment on bunkai. As for you reference to "those of the present are"... you have just insulted all "present" "masters".... ps, I never proclaimed to be a "master".
@@tadashiryukaratedo4484 You have a great responsibility towards your students and the people who watch your videos. If what you show is not applicable in a real situation, it is just academy. it's not useful.
@@artimarzialiefitness-aless6034 I have never professed to it being real. However, my belief is that 80% of "ime" isn't useful anyway. Why? Because you are expecting you opponent to do certain things ie the way you have trained. Reality is that people are unpredictable, and you cannot not train for unpredictability.
