Information on the 22007 Discrimination Payments, Featuring FLAG

- Until the end of October, farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners who experienced discrimination in USDA’s farm lending programs prior to January 1, 2021 can apply for financial assistance through Section 22007 of the Inflation Reduction Act. In this video, we learn more about the 22007 claims process from Stephen Carpenter and Lindsay Kuehn from Farmers' Legal Action Group, Inc. (FLAG).

I'm so excited to Apply at the first time. All Thanks to Patricia Tanner and her proposal channel the Grant writers I hired. I was Approved $35,000 for my Grant business from her service.
I want to create a study and get grant money for it. Please can you send me her contact'and how difficult would it be to get grant money from the Government ?

How to fill out the application
They have old farmers that get Social Security and SSI will that affect their payment. I was told No but I recall when someone got the award and they stop her SSI
If denied when I can apply again?
No. No appeal. Decision is final😡
The USDA is a racist arm of the government. They say racism will end. The USDA will make you wait for pennies. The amount of discrimination is horrible. The USDA need a new secretary
