I didn't even get my icon box. After arguing with them they told me they'd send replacement products. I say no thanks, and got a refund. A few hours later I got the price increase email, so I just canceled.
The company is going down I for one am not interested anymore. They have never ever offered me replacements. I have decided to just save my money and say goodbye to ipsy after I get my last box this month.

I chose the eye shadow I chose the eye shadow palette for my boost But it was shadow addict It was in all black packages I'm sorry you received another duplicate Because this palette It's beautiful it's all different shades of browns It has 2 shimmers And 6 mats. Keep your eye out for it's a nice palette. Well here's to next month!!! Good luck. Wishing you the best holiday season
I really do not think they got the Pat McGrath palettes. Mine was missing and replaced with the Il Makiage as well, which was also a repeat for me. I did not see anyone mention getting that palette. Crossing fingers it will show up at another time still. I want it lol....got FOMO!
I got the one your talking about, it is different colors, I don’t see a name. This happened to me last years November Iconbox, the beautiful DM palette was missing, of course didn’t have, don’t remember what they did. That means I was not happy. The only one I do for a year is Glambag, not sure I want to sign up for a year on box, to many ups and downs. Overall I’m a happy customer.
I had the very same issue this. I didn't receive the 8 pan pallet as my boost or the Ole Hendrickson serum. I wrote to them and got the same scripted response. They also gave me 1800 points and sent me only one replacement item, First Aid beauty facial pads. What is going on with Ipsy???
Ipsy points section has been very disappointing for a number of mths. now!! So with the price increase. Sometimes your gonna see negative comments we all have had bad ipsy experiences. So you may see a negative comment once in a while. as with anything you have the good and bad. Some like to share experiences as well good or bad. Have a good day.
