My grandmother at the same age was still gardening, making all her own tofu, soy sauce, condiments, pepper paste, pepper powder, fermented foods for the year and enough for her children, which she has several. Goes hiking in the mountains frequently. They dont stop moving, they lived a hard life asian elders of starvation and war, laziness meant death and starving children. It's much different than European or American elders. I've only seen one 76, I believe, year old woman still working as a nurse and she moved around very well, it was surprising to see in America.
