Some people can't find the difference between P2W (paying money to win something that would be otherwise impossible) and spending money to speed up progress. TDX only allows you to speed up your progress in grinding with robux. People have already triumphed expert mode solo on the hardest maps, as well as other challenges in endless without having to spend a single dime.
And by the way, you can speed up the game for free if you play in solo.

If one of your teammates have that speed up gamepass, he can speed up the entire game (other players need to vote)
AND if you’re playing with someone that has the gamepass, it still works.

well, i think the biggest issue of grinding in tdx, is that some towers you got for grinding that much, is not good enough fo its price, for example, the nerfed golden juggernaut
This might be the worst take on a "p2w" game
Another problem is the players. if I try teaming up with anyone they don’t accept me as I don’t have golden ranger, golden juggernaut, and other high end towers. and most of the time it’s just an expert grind where those towers aren’t a necessity
and this really only happened after the endless mode update which is why I hate endless
I played the game for 168 hours for all the towers (I didn't use any strat tho

Y..yo... You can literally win easy mode with only ranger....
Tdx works either pay robux to get things easily, or win to pay devs in time stripends, example: you spend almost 1 hour (30 ish minutes with 50% speed boost) in a endless match, and you get under 15k gold, either way the devs make a buck weather or not you spend robux or time
i'd say powerups are pretty balanced as the price is so expensive for it its useless to be dependent on them to grind as you can win 1950 coins on an expert hard map and the A-10 costs 2000 coins so in the end you wont gain anything
but there is still chance that you will get this A-10 for winning
Once you get all the tower you would play endless and wait for the next update.
I don't have every tower in the game but I still have 250 hours of playtime, but I love the grinding in this game very much!
At least you do get the 50% speed boost for free for solo, unlike TDS, where you have to pay tickets for it with robux, i'm not complaining.
I don’t mind paying 600 robux once and using it always as TDX does. I don’t like that at TDS you have to buy one-time tickets for each game

Also power ups you can just grind the game like you can get 16k gold per hour mann and you get them for free when winning. Also the 18h of none stop gaming = getting accel and engi (pretty much)

Only one issue, but P2w is joke only because you don't need skins and nukes, because only useful things to buy is VIP and +50% faster game for Duo, trio, quad
power ups aren’t p2w at all. Sure it’s available for robux but also gold, and you can win them for free in a match if you get wave 25+ I belive

I can make 1000k plus gold in like 20 minutes its not that hard if you actually play and isn't tds p2w lets see there are golden towers that you need to Gamble for in tds Meanwhile TDX you just buy them in tdx You always get power ups for free like in my mind the absolute best cash droop yes nuclear bomb op but cash is so helpful and you can almost always get someone with at least laser gun to help you
