Brechfa 'The Raven'

The Raven is a black trail at the gorgeous part of west wales known as Brechfa. The Trail is a 50/50 split of pain to pleasure... (maybe a 60/40 split pain/pleasure if your unfit...) there is a hell of a lot of climbing, wish we'd been fitter to ride it!! but some of the single track is scintillating and will have your heart pumping like you've just put your finger in a plug socket.
