This is bcoz of sudden change of temperature ..... summer season after refregerating you should keep in air conditioned room....after some time chocolate becomes normal
Ma'am.. U r using pure chocolate.. Did u tempered the chocolate?. Bcoz it will not set.. N we need polycarbonate molds for pure chocolate.. Kindly share..the method
Yes dear always temper your chocolate... Pure chocolate needs nice tempering only than it will set beautifully. Pure chocolate can be made in all the three types of moulds i.e. silicone, plastic or polycarbonate. But for making bonbons we need polycarbonate moulds as they give that shine to the product . If you can afford than buy polycarbonate moulds they are best.
Me observe kele ahe jevha apan demould karto Ani lagech packing kelyawar chocolate chya finishing madhe farak padtoe kivha thode tavake udtat and finger prints pan utat
After unmoulding wrap it soon in a foil and keep in refrigerator as outside weather is warm and humid......in winter season you can store them without refrigerator.
No need to add any preservatives as it will spoil the taste... Use fresh ingredients I mean check the manufacturing date before purchasing mostly jelly has one year expiry and so is the chocolate.
Deepa it depends on your mould size....aap Kitna bhi melt Kar sakte ho....video short rahe isiliye hum Kam melting karte hain....it's ideal to melt 300- 400gms at a time to avoid wastage
Paan mukhwas aasani se mil jata hai jaha mouth freshners n suparis milti hai Aap bana sakte ho khud bhi....take 2 beetle leaves cut into small pieces ,1tea spoon saunf, 1tsp any soft supari and 1 tsp sugar coated saunf...mix all.

Cake essence mostly water based hote hain....chocolates demand oil based colors n essence.
