Thank you for sharing your daily travels. I love seeing these obscure, small towns and nooks and crannies that you're visiting. It's like a virtual mini-trip every day. Great editing, too, and nice to have the occasional aerials from THE MAJESTIC in there. Keep up the great work, your passion and excitement make every video fun. I feel like I'm on the trip with you.
Hey Adam I just want to say something. I moved where I am now in 2014 and since then life has been a little rough..and watching your videos helps me get my mind off things so thanks for these videos and thanks for taking us along for the ride! You are awesome!
Adam for future reference during your upcoming travels.... Springfield, Arkansas Springfield, Colorado Springfield, Connecticut Springfield, Florida Springfield, Jacksonville, Florida Springfield, Georgia Springfield, Idaho Springfield, Illinois (the state capital) Springfield, Indiana Springfield, Kentucky Springfield, Louisiana Springfield, Maine Springfield, Maryland Springfield, Massachusetts Springfield, Michigan Springfield, Minnesota Springfield, Missouri Springfield, Nebraska Springfield, New Hampshire Springfield, New Jersey Springfield, New York Springfield, North Carolina Springfield, Ohio Springfield, Oregon Springfield, Pennsylvania Springfield, South Carolina Springfield, South Dakota Springfield, Tennessee Springfield, Texas Springfield, Vermont Springfield, Virginia Springfield, West Virginia Springfield, Wisconsin
We recently took back roads through Illinois , from Colorado, heading for a memorial in Chicago for my husbands late Aunt. We were pulled over by state patrol and harassed for over an hour and had our camper searched for canabais. JUST because we happen to be from Colorado! ( where it's fairly legal I guess) We were enjoying taking back roads but after that just got on the Interstate and to "heck it" with the country roads! And to " heck it" with Illinois! So THANK YOU for taking me to places I WANTED to go, but didn't. I loved getting pictures of Barns with quilts on them! Have you seen them? Love that you're on the road again, Adam! All the best to you! Love your channels.!!!! I hope you come to the Western slope of Colorado someday! We have a historic drive in theatre that's been run by the same family for 67 years! Also, love the drone footage!
I did some research: He is often said to have been buried in a piano case. This error stems from a sentence that appeared in successive editions of the Guinness Book of World Records, which read, “He was buried in a coffin the size of a piano case.”
It was 20 years ago this month we drove the family across the USA (east to west and back) and we also found that there was something interesting in almost every town. We did a different route on return trip. Enjoy watching your journey Thanks for taking us along with you
how in the world did you see that turtle, the color of the road even made it where he was camouflaged and so small so happy you didn't run him over that was so great to be there at that time to move him it's the little things that count
not gonna lie I was super bummed you moved from so cal plus never got to run into you at Disneyland but now that your on the road I've watched all your daily vlogs. super stoked you're stopping for all the small town cool stuff. safe travels Sir!
Small town U.S.A. where things move so much slower, population is so much smaller, and the noice is so much quieter. Makes ya wanna set on a swing on the front porch of a beautiful old house, sip on some tea, and watch the sunset.
Adam, I need to be honest... when you left LA I thought I would unsubscribe because I would miss all the Disneyland vlogs but these roadtrip vlogs are much, MUCH more interesting! Keep up the good work, I love seeing all the corky stuff you find all around!
Growing up in Texas (and living 20 years in Dallas) I know that German immigrants came up with the corndog idea. They even applied for a patent in 1927 (awarded said patent 1929) Started selling them at the Texas State Fair (In Dallas) in the late 30's at least 5 years before the Cozy dog Drive-in in Springfield started serving them in 1946! So I'm in the Texas Camp lol
I loving how the "majestic" adds another layer to your videos, love the shots from above to see as far as the eye can see, its great! A great addition!!! Great job Adam at flying it.
So I show this vlog to my friend and he spotted the Walgreens that he set up as a Walgreens merchandiser. It was crazy. It made his day which wasn't very good due to a family health scare. And he loved your drone footage. Thanks for bringing a smile to his face.
I'm always amazed at the amount of information you give us at the places you stop at. You truly have a gift when it comes to holding our attention with your knowledge. It always leaves me looking forward to your next adventure. Thank you for that Adam.
Adam you should travel down the Lincoln Highway some time, it is US route 30 and it runs across the country, goes through Indiana and then into Ohio and then through PA..your close to the route right now..
Hi Adam, I'm really enjoying watching your travels. I am a adventure / travel type of guy, but don't get to do it nearly enough! Thank you for taking us on your journey! God Bless and safe travels!
One of your best, Adam! I love Abe Lincoln, and that last shot was very somber considering our nation's recent troubles. I'm still down for a meet up in Columbus to visit the Arnold Classic statute! C'MON! DOO IT! YEAH!
You should be in Indiana today . There is a giant Minion silo in Ossian Indiana, maybe you can visit it . Loved your traveling through those back country roads !
Adam, I have to agree with Gregory Hendrickson here on this one, your vlogs are the greatest...you are actually out there with your camera capturing the action packed adventures so many of us wish we could do!!!!! Keep on doing what your doing but please be safe about it while doing it (:
Thanks I always remember reading about Mr Hughes when I was younger Guiness was probably the first books I remember reading and seeing his picture in them you just brought back a wonderful memory I really felt sorry for that man and had compassion for him.
Thanks again Adam for showing us our back roads, our little country towns and the beauty of the scenery that surrounds it, despite our politics it makes me proud to be an American, Thank you Adam for showing us this.
Adam thank you for these videos, I really enjoy them, I have anxiety and panic attacks to where it keeps me housebound and i feel like I have seen a lot of things that I wouldn't have ever seen if not for your daily blog.
Adam you have an amazing life, im sat here in work in England completely jealous of you and the things you do, america is such an amazing and beautiful place, one day i hope to take a tour of it just like you! you seem like such a total and genuine nice guy, been watching your videos since the first few months after you started, enjoy yourself. Billy
Such a fun trip you are taking us on Adam! Makes me feel good to see so much wide open space is still left out there. Where I live, they are cutting down every tree to build more and more craptastic places we don't need. :) That is a dream trip of a lifetime you are on... :)
I must say, I have always enjoyed watching your videos. That drone seriously added a lot of production value to your channel. Giving a flyover to the towns and stuff is very cinematic.
+adamthewoo what make and model did you purchase? As a hobby I have many smaller quadcopters but have been waiting to pull the trigger on a larger one for photography. The video on your's looks great!
Adam is using the DJI Phantom 4. I couldn't quite remember which one he has. So I went back in looked in a previous video. I have a Phantom myself for my videos, but mine is the first version.
This was great -and your drone footage was amazing, as always. Did you see Dan Bell's video with the Clown Motel? There was an amazing old cemetery that was straight up from cowboy times! Had little rock borders, and wooden head "stones" with branded names. It's amazing. And so old!

I have recently started watching your vlogs. I am completely obsessed! I think I binge watched the last few months in three days. I was sad I missed your recent meet and greet at Puente Hills Mall. Keep up the amazing vlogs! Good luck! I wait anxiously for your daily upload! Safe travels!
That bridge at 7:08 is very cool, however it looks like it will soon be replaced. To the left I can see cranes, a new bridge pier and a new right-of-way. That bridge is at Meridosia, Illinois crossing the Illinois River.

But was it a swing set at one time? That is the question...
LOL "a friend of mine did that a little bit ago!" you're living the dream out there Adam. thanks for bringing us along too.
Yaayyy! He saved a turtle! My kind of people!
I did some research: He is often said to have been buried in a piano case. This error stems from a sentence that appeared in successive editions of the Guinness Book of World Records, which read, “He was buried in a coffin the size of a piano case.”
yeah thats normally how rumors start, over time it slightly evolves
Maybe it was a piano box that was fixed up with some fancy trim to make it look like a normal coffin.....
Adam, fantastic video! You're doing what I dream I could do, traveling the back roads of America. 🚗🇺🇸
Robert Earl Hughes passed away on July 10th.... which is today
very interesting, not planned that way
It was 20 years ago this month we drove the family across the USA (east to west and back) and we also found that there was something interesting in almost every town. We did a different route on return trip.
