Truely grateful sir🙏 each and everything has been explained In such a simpler way
    Thank you so much sir
Sir, if you could take a class on pathogenesis of Systemic Sclerosis, it will be really helpful sir and also Erythroderma topic if possible 🙏

    Sir thank for your efforts
    But im little confused
What is the difference btw autoreactive t cells that was activated by cxcl and those activated at the beginning by dendritic cells??

Thank you for commenting. Let me summarise the process of t cell activation. The antigens are first recognised by dendritic cells which then present them to naive t cells. Upon activation, t cells will express receptors known as cxcr3 which upon the action of Cxcl9 and CXCL 10, will get further activated, multiply and proliferate, and then reach the skin for immune action. So technically these are two processes of activation. 1 is the activation to form auto reactive t cells from naive t cells, and the other is activation of auto reactive tcell to form more of its copies and now the process will be directed towards auto antigens. I hope this clears your query. Let me know. So dendritic cell activation recruits circulating tcells, while cxcr3 based activation comes later that proliferates the activates t cells and homes them to the skin.
