Speedy B 25 is my DREAM bag!! I want it in Damier Ebene someday!

I've has this bag awhile. I use the Insolite wallet which holds *everything* in the center pocket, front pocket is a mini pochette on its side, and the vernis cles (or emprente) with single car key next to it. Sunnies fit on top of the Insolite. I use my very back pocket for my iPad mini when I want it, and my iPhone in the zip pocket. My back zip has never waved. The Insolite seems like a huge wallet, but since it's so long and slender, it fits well in this bag. I have the same Chanel wallet as Trina (her favorite compact chubby one) and it's not a good fit b/c it's so thick. Think thin wallet! I also can fit my full size Hermes Dogon in the center. I LOVE this bag. I have bought and sold and re-purchased it. I won't let it go again! I do carry an agenda with me, but when I use the bag, yes, it has to just be in my hand. The MM fits, but it gets too heavy. If I also need to carry a lot of extra things, I carry a Longchamp or my Hermes Garden party as a "work tote". You could use your NF! So cute! Love from Texas!

Girl this video came at the best time! I literally just picked up my pochette metis from FedEx and I am kind of meh on it so far. My retiro NM noir is just gorgeous! I love it so much. But not so sure about the metis. The s-lock already came off twice and I really have to push it down for it to lock. I definitely believe in signs and I don't think I will keep it, honestly. There are so many other great LV bags that are functional for my lifestyle. Thanks so much for honest review!! You are a true gem, lady!

purchased the metis because you loved it so much in your last video and I can't stop smiling LOVE IT. I think it is super stylish, fits my sunnies, a full size wallet, my clay and a makeup pouchette. what more do I need? I am using the zipper pocket for my phone so happy my 6 plus fits!

My 'what's in my speedy' is going up on Thursday and in it I show my Samorga purse organiser and how i find it. I think you should have a watch, it truly truly changed my Speedy! 🙌🏼

I bought this bag and tried it out for a week then quickly realized I had to baby it too much and hard to arrange my things. Also the lock would catch. I already have two LV bags with vachetta. When I returned it my sa showed me the damier ebene Hoxton GM. I returned a week later and bought it. I love it!! Not many reviews on it. The back pocket is much bigger. Also my pm agenda fits inside great. Such a great carefree, crossbody bag. What I loved about it for travel is a crossbody during the day and a clutch at night. The favorite strap was too short for me.

I love your honesty! If you love the *look* of the Pochette Metis, you will use it. I use my small Chanel Boy bag all the time (size of a mini flap, quite small) just because I adore how it looks. Do I find it frustrating at times? YES. But I will use it forever, rotating with bags like my jumbo and my Speedy B 25 and my two Totally bags (MM & PM). BTW, I see LV Totally bags every single day in real life, all three canvases. Funny how they aren't so popular on You Tube. Anyway, keep the Metis if you love it, that size isn't too bad. I have a very similarly-made Prada in red saffiano and I do use it often because it's my one pop of red. But I myself have always been meh on the Metis bags, those just not for me. To each her own! Love ya!
This was super informative! I went to my LV boutique and had both bags on and still couldn't decide. My SA is so sweet she doesn't want to sway me either way. It really is all about what you want to hold everyday. The back pocket zipper issue on the PM is one I didn't think about. Still going to keep thinking on which one to get. I guess it is kinda fun to do all this research now. I keep leaning back to the speedy b though. I love how yours has that great patina now.
Thanks jerusha, however let's keep in mind that every LV bag we have we love for their own individuality!!! Us girls love to play around with our purses so if we have to down size or change around our small leather goods why not!!! Not everybody is going to like the Metis pochette just like I rather have speedy 30 vs the 20.. I prefer to have an organize purse and the Metis helps with that for sure!!! FYI I even got a purse organizer for my speedy 30 for the same reason, organization!! Hahahah. Take care love....

Girlfriend I love watching your videos. I've been watching everyone get so excited about the Pochette Metis and it is beautiful but after watching this video don't think it would suit my needs. I have the Speedy 40 and it's great for traveling but too big for everyday. Thought the Metis would do it but now.....don't think so. So thank you Girlfriend for your honesty!!! Keep doing what you're doing! We love you....and your Mom!!

I'm someone who absolutely loves a cross body bag I would recommend maybe a wallet with a larger card holder section vs more cash space Kate spade make a great one so does coach and Prada and YSL the have a cash slit and about 10 card slots and you can always double up on the less important ones that how I pack a bag about the size of your Matisse.

Great video! So funny I did the complete opposite video in my channel, I showed how my speedy b 25 empriente items transferred into my pochette Metis, and everything fit beautifully!! Thanks for doing!! I agree with the vachetta tab on back on the zipper, I was glad the one I got didn't have it, it is so cute as a detail but not practical!! Take care love! xoxoxo
Oh and I got a LV compact Anais wallet for this bag as well as it is small and holds 6 card and has a bill slot compartment, as my zippy compact took up too much room!!

I can't explain it well, but my strap coils , almost how it came came, and I even hand carry it that way sometimes, with the canvas strap in my hand. When I store it, I coil it, or round it, and I suppose I've trained it to do that. Sorry for the double comment, but I'm surprised the bag isn't working for you. I grab this one before my Chanel and Hermes and other LV! That said, I did sell this bag when I first got it. It was a big change from my normal bags.
The zcp is perfect for the pochette métis! Definitely what I'm planning on using when I get this bag. I don't know what your currency looks like in Australia though but I do find I need a clés as well if I have more than a couple dollars in change as our $1 and $2 coins are large.

Love the Pochette Metis, but I wasn't able to fit nearly as much as I could in the Speedy B 25, so I opted for that instead. Still might want to get this bag, but I think I would need to reinterpret a lot of the items I would be carrying in order to make it work for me. It was helpful to see what you were able to fit in it though. =]

The pochette metis is soooo cute however that lock was why I never bought it, the first time I checked it out at LV, I was like that lock will drive me crazy. :-/ ~ Great video. ;-) ~ XOXO
I recently just got the speedyB25 in Monogram and noticed only 1 end of the strap has a loop to hold the strap in place and the other end doesn't have an extra loop. Is this right? Im worried LV has sent me a faulty strap! Can someone please advise me? Xx

Love your videos! I have the same bag, I used insolite wallet in it. it is flatter than Sarah and holds a lot. I normally carry a insolite wallet, mini pochette and my phone in it. It is still remains some spaces. Hope this helps~

Great review! ❤️😊 I wonder if the additional flat pocket on the old model adds to the crowdedness of the back zip as well, since they all share a seam? (Not sure if what I'm saying is clear) Just because I have the new model I have had no issues with the back pocket pulling or rippling with my phone... interesting!

Uhh I want the PM so bad! I'm in a Brisbane and I'm number 17 on the waitlist for it with no expected arrival date. :( . Hopefully it comes soon it will be my first LV purchase. Sad face. When you first bought the 25 were the handles wrinkled? Is it a big deal if the handles are wrinkled on the inside of the handles?
I went to the store and sadly all of them had the leather wrinkled on the handles. I think the quality of the ones made in the USA are just not of good quality.I also noticed that some of them had the 30 stamp under the tab and some of them didn't
I ended up returning and going to try in a month and maybe the batch will be of better quality? Btw I went to the LV store
Jerusha, I just got a Speedy B25 pre loved. It's from 2011, and in very good shape. The vasheta is already a honey patina, should I be leaving it out of the sun or the light so that it doesn't get any darker? I feel like it is already a little too dark.
