So you just open the can of beans and throw it on the pork after the pork done cook. I think you should put the beans in the pork while its still being cooked.
Nope it’s basically cooked in the can so by doing that it will become over cooked and all mashed, so by Doing it this way the bean keeps that firmness still
@@richardrobinson1909 because the beans will be infused with the seasoning and fat of the pork/gravy. If the beans are thrown in towards the end, it won't be mushy
@@pmerancier it actually all depends on the brand or place you get the beans from. Cause I’ve forgotten to add some in my oxtail a few times and added it at the end and it’s been perfect. But there has been a time where I’ve added it whilst cooking and it’s taken 15 mins to get soft. All depends
I absolutely love this street side kitchen series. This particular spot so far has been the best and then Bailey's kitchen next. From beginning to end every recipe meal food that was prepared had my stomach growling grown man did an awesome job I mean every single dish showed authentic Jamaican cooking OMG! The food looks absolutely amazing I wish I was in Jamaica to come down and try everything on the menu they did an awesome job thank you so much for this feature
You have a great talent to showcase food and the people behind the businesses. I wish you nothing but huge successes. Keep up the great work. I enjoy how you make me hungry. #bigfan

@@richardrobinson1909 my thing is they just open the can and throw the beans straight into the pot without even rinsing the beans.
U have to remember the can beans are already cooked and I guess they want people to have beans in their plates instead of them being mashed out

To much ketchup in a the meat. Everything look red. Don't need ketchup to flavor your food. Why not use natural ingredients like real tomatoes.
