    Hi sis so so happy ... This month I got my periods after 3 months and without tablets ..Bcz ly for you n your way of teaching exercise n walking ly..     Hello mam after 2days break I have started my day 30 diet again with veg upma for breakfast and cauliflower rice for lunch and 3roti with curd for dinner and evening snack I had 2 pieces of pineapple.... Hmmm it's going good 👍

    I have started to consume almost 90% of what you have showed sis! It helps to shed down excess weights from my body..thanks. Also, I am curious to know in what way erythritol is different from the white sugar..aren't both are from fruits/plants? (I have switched to erythritol from brown sugar..but still this question was lingering in my mind...)

But at that time, there was a gap so u found it difficult to do for 30 seconds. U said u'll make sure that u'll do it for 45 seconds. Now, is it easy for u??? This question is PURELY out of CONCERN.
