En el primavera fauna (santiago, Chile) le rindieron un emocionante homenaje ya que en su visita anterior (2012) fueron a escalar los Andes con el y mostraron una foto ahí en la cordillera.. Según jarvis, Mackey recordó ese día unas horas antes de fallecer

Was the additional keyboard player there due to Candida's arthritis?
I don't think so. Pretty sure that's Mark Webber on a second keyboard. He normally plays rhythm guitar in Pulp, but in some songs such as Pink Glove he does play additional keys. He's also credited on the records for it too :)
