@mackfate agreed. that sound is pretty much the only part that ties them to goa trance - the melodies and climactic transition and layering, to me also what separates them from shpongle, which became more beat-oriented but with a similar style & origin

Ozric Tentacles has quite a bit of stuff in this same sound. They've got a bit more of a rock influence, but have some of the most delicious jams I've ever heard.
They're the band that got me into this type of music. Absolutely phenomenal sonic journey listening to their music, and anyone who likes this music would probably like them too. 10 out of 10. Would trip again
