Can you please give me advice to stop the migraines? I know we can’t stop migraines, but as you said you don’t have migraines anymore, so I was curious about it and would like to know as I get migraines every now and then, anything you can recommend?
Same headache and migrane issues, it became ok eventually when I trained my brain and heart to deal with anxiety before such meetings and travel. Stomach problems sinces a decade started with dyspepsia diagnosis and I tried tested and slowly treated myself. Take care Anju❤
