Hey, Man. You're genus, you had a great talent on speech. so funny and make me have a much intresting in learn english... god bless you.... have a nice day~~
Really good lesson, now I'm sure I will learn and understand more English. I can practice more knowing better the difference between modals :) Thank you for share with us all this tips.
Hi James, thank you for these useful videos. I have a question on how and when to use "may" and "will". For instance, when writing academic papers and essays, is it recommended to use may instead of will?
I don't understan what he is saying, he speaks quikly, i guess, who understans it then he doesn't need his lessons, becouse he has already known English at least he would add subtitels
+Чингиз Смагулов He speaks quickly, yes, subtitles would be helpful. But on the other hand he wants his students to get used to natural English, because a lot of native people speak quickly. I'd recommend that you watch news in English every day (even though you don't understand so good). And try to watch moves in English too (with subtitles and without). Good luck.
"I guess, who understands it then he doesn't need his lessons, because he already knows English." That is a very ignorant comment, just because a person can speak English well or can understand English well, doesn't mean he has mastered grammar. Like ,me, my English is fluent but I'm still watching this video.
Too bad English doesn't have a true future tense. But I guess for speakers of languages that feature a grammatical future this is helpful. There are not many other ways in English to discuss future events outside of will.
I love you, James!
You are the best English teacher in human history, I'm sure.
