    Although Caido doesn't currently throttle it's intruder (automate) for free users, 1000 requests took ~71 seconds compared to ~3 seconds for the same request and wordlist with ffuf (default settings) ⏳
    edit: I tried the same wordlist on the same HTB box with workers increased from 1 to 40 (ffuf uses 40 threads). Speed increased 7x, taking around 10 seconds 🙂

    I'm facing problem, it's saying you need to create a project first, but I can't even touch any feature.

      Hmmm if it's not letting you create a project, I would check it with Caido's support team

      Yep, using a VM in this video! Personally, I wouldn't use it as my host OS for a few reasons;
      - I use it for hacking/pentesting/CTFs etc and like to know that any attackers cannot get to my host OS (and files), unless they have some VM escape exploit.
      - I love being able to quickly revert the entire system to a snapshot if something goes wrong or even just to keep things clean after a CTF or completing a HTB machine, e.g. I might install a lot of new tools, modify existing tools, download a loads of files, break python/ruby packages etc during a CTF and just want to revert.
      - Some programs won't work well (or at all) on Linux distros
      - I'm very familiar with Windows as a host OS
      That's just a few reasons off the top of my head. I have many Linux VMs and a few Windows ones as well and do most of my hacking-related activities inside them, keeping my personal files/apps separate at all times 🙂
