+Brotherhood Sentinel Cold was not playing in the beggining of this year as well as his teammates from LG. They started in mid june playing cs go as a team again. So, since he was not playing from the begining of the year he didn't make it to the list of top pro players of 2015

+bareodin NA is better than the UK and Asia but people question how much the NA teams actually practice compared to the EU teams. The EU teams put in 12 hours a day practice against the very best teams whereas in the NA they can only compete against mediocre teams. The UK was big in Source but in GO the rosters change too much for a team to be consistent. I don't know much about the Asian league but they mostly play other genres or CS:Online.
