The problem with bees is that the tames ones don't act like wild ones, they don't dismount and slow you. They also need two triggerings, one to spit the bees out and another to send them out.

To use tames that don't fit under 1 wall height you have to ditch the first floor ceiling concealing the hatchframe, I'm not sure if scorpions fit under 1 wall height or not. Vultures and hyenas work.
Its easy if you can get wyvern eggs, just have a baby wyvern follow you at low follow distance and get attacked by a troodon or just leave them cryo sick and the moment they are touched they tame. They are also the easiest things to breed..
can you even get away with your classic builds on smalltribes anymore? people seem to bitch about Code of Conduct and want to report you if you try sinking foundation on a raft these days.
