I got an actual hard case off of Amazon for the rog ally cost me 12 bucks. Voikoli Protective Eva Hard Shell Case Compatible with ASUS ROG Ally 7" 120Hz Gaming Handheld,Shockproof, Stylish and Durable (Black-c)
Ooo nice! Thanks for sharing. And thanks for watching and subscribing!
@@411onTech np you know how you said the charger wouldn't fit in the one you showed. The one I got does fit
hey guys a lil advice invest in a over the head shotgun mic like the Rode NTG-1 Series or even a dji lavalier microphone. like they always say your video can look good but if your audio is bad less people will watch audio is key..
Thanks so much for the feedback! Yeah we actually do have an overhead shotgun mic. The Rode VideoMic Pro, but maybe the issue there is echo in the room. What about the audio do you find to be an issue (quality, sound level, etc.)?
@@411onTech you audio seems far away when both of you are talking it seems as your using the cameras mic then a shotgun mic the Rode VideoMic Pro is ment for up to 3ft arms length for clear bass audio. the problem is i can here everything you touch which muffle your voice. you have a mid to hig pitch voice so the mic is not picking you up. and makes your voice seem far. his voice has bass but puts out a echo. the reason im letting you know as i do use a soundbar and studio monitor speakers. which the sound seems far. maybe get the mic a lil closer to you'll for better audio. camera view is perfect. also get a Teleprompter for your camera so you dont have to look down as much to see the price that your reviewing. a easy fix for this is to use a monitor which all the pricing of all the products to view off screen or the side of your camera. another trick is to edited the clip with the product. i see that you like to do 1 shot shoots. the tips i gave is just to cover up some mistakes you may make. other then that your vidoes are awelsome subbing right now.. 😊
@@Daddyezee The mic is right above us, so def with in 3ft. Maybe we just need to up the gain or something. Still getting familiar with audio equipment. We do have dji mics and been wanting to switch to them, but when you plug the receiver into the camera we always get a buzzing. Might just use those but have it record directly to the transmitter and sync the audio during editing. We both work full time, so i can be a challenge to find time to do everything. We do have a teleprompter and usually use it for stuff like that, but that day we just a little lazy lol. Thank you so much for your constructive feedback. We will def do our best to get our audio sounding better!
@@Daddyezee It's weird though, when I go back in listen to it to try and hear what you're hearing, I can hear myself fine and it seems like the mic is picking up my voice fine. It does sound a little echoy though and not as clear as it could be. Maybe it's more noticeable on the studio monitor speakers, idk. I do hear the stuff im touching, but it doesn't sound like it's muffling my voice. I do believe what you are hearing, just wish i could hear as well to make sure we fix it.
@@411onTech if your getting buzzing you may need a Ground Loop Noise Isolator. Also you can run test with one of you in front of the camera and adjust the mic until you hear some base in your voice you know it’s clear when you compare the audio if you want to hear what I hear watch your video from your phone. You can hear that the audio seems far then near or close. And yes it also maybe your gain is set to low. Play with your audio use over the ear headphones 🎧 to test out your audio. I’m able to hear you but but it very low. It’s probably. Not even the gain but how the mic is facing. Since you said it is over the head You may need to move the mic to the end of the table and face the mic were it faces from the top of your forehead and jaw this should pick up more base highs, mids and the lows.
Good video guys.
Thanks!
This is cool. There are not many channels for Asus Ally accessories and mods. I found one with a walkthrough on the Playnite launcher and looks better on this device.
Thanks for watching and subscribing!
I put a screen protector on mine as soon as I opened the box and before I set up the rog ally. Im ocd about protection. Especially on a 700 dollar investment
Agreed!
Check out the Tomtoc bag for a case. Mine arrived today and it’s really nice and holds more than the speigen case and has a handy shoulder strap.
Ooo thanks we’ll check that out! Thanks for watching.
Just subbed, great video guys 🙏❤️
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
As you mentioned in your video that 2Tb will cost us $ 256.00 + H.S.T on a regular pricing without any deal that you guys got on a labour day sale for $ 219.00 + H.S.T & the 1TB will cost us $ 89.00 + H.S.T, don't you guys think there is a mistake in the pricing for 1TB & 2TB bcoz even if I purchase 2 separate 1TB SSD that is even cheaper then purchasing the 2 TB SSD itself bcoz if you calculate the price for 1TB for 1 SSD is $89.00 × 2 = $178 & if you add he Tax on it then the total will $201.14 including taxes. So, that is even cheaper then the deal you guy received on the labour day sale & honestly speaking its kind of confusing to me about the price variation in regards with the 1TB & 2TB SSD. Plz advice what to do in terms of buying the 2TB SSD
It could be that it cost more to manufacture the 2TB. It's currently $199 on Amazon. As far as which one to get, we would say it depends on how many games you think you are going to have on the ROG Ally. Games now are so big, if you think you are going to have a lot of games installed at the same time and don't want to worry about managing them, we would say go for the 2TB if you can afford it.
Too much accessories to even fit a table. Might aswell play it on PC with max out settings on a monitor.
You try logging that PC outside , might as well drag the monitor too
@@marioparty17 You go out to play video games? That's sad.
@@reckon7457it’s as if they made handhelds to take anywhere 😱😱😱
A lot of this stuff will fit in a larger tech bag with a laptop/tablet, etc so you don’t HAVE to pack everything shown here but nice to have a lot of this stuff if you’re out of town for a weekend and bored at a hotel.
