I entered your colorverse one so I'll stay out of this one, but I wanted to chime in to agree with your assessment of this calendar! I was including the shimmers in my greys so by my count there are 7! It was a lot of pale dryness all around, but not in a way that leaves me angry at Diamine. This was an absolutely solid array of interesting inks. I'm just not going to want to use another pale dry ink for the next little while. 🤣🤣🤣 I'll be excited to see what the theme for next year will be since I too was hoping for some darker shades with this one. Maybe they'll do one now that we've mentioned it? Hey Diamine! How about an all dark calendar? 🤣 I hope you have a great holiday! Thanks so much for doing these videos right to the bitter end!

I really loved this calendar and for me, there are only 3 or 4 I would just give away or never touch again, and the rest I would really like to use, and about 8-10 that I loved and would buy a bottle of. That’s pretty amazing! I love the extreme shimmer/starbright. Well done, Diamine! 🖤
🖤 I appreciate that, for the most part, the colours were different and, like you mentioned in your video, I can only imagine how challenging it must be to come up with 25 new colours every year! I think, all things considered, Diamine does a great job of putting out quite the variety. As always, love the comparisons and your thoughts on the inks Sleigh Ride & some of the other Extreme Sheen inks look great; just bummed that sheeners trigger headaches for me. This was my second year getting the Inkvent (your influence😊) and I’m glad I got it. I wasn’t into pens and inks before so I’m happy to get whatever bc it’s all still new to me lol. I love the grayish/muted colors, but I think my favorite is ✨Lemon & Lime✨ lol I’m DEFINITELY getting a full bottle of it if they make it. The sheens are actually my least favorite type but they’re fun to try. I even like Fruit Cocktail 😂 It was funny to watch how different our first reactions were haha! Thanks very much for your videos! No black heart for me because I swatched all inks already and had so much fun with all the different ones. Last year it was easier to pick my favourites. I like a lot of them, perhaps Marley, Forest Gateau (surprisingly), Chilly Nights, Wishing Tree and Salted Caramel. Yet I also like Potpourri and Winterberry... I did not like Lemon & Lime and Fruit Cocktail that was much easier to decide. I will simply play around with them for a while. Apart from Fruit cocktail I inked up all of them in pens so that I will use some of them in January, too.
Ugh, what am I going to do tomorrow without one of your fun videos? I think we will all feel some My Dandelion Diaries withdrawal! 🙃🖤
