For recoil training just shoot you'll get used to the gun and scope. If it's a gun like a fal that has extreme recoil,build an expensive build (the ones on the Internet) then add a 3.5x scope to It and try to control the recoil. Then slowly decrease scope size until you can use the srds. And boom! you can control an expensive FAL. Next decrease the recoil control of the build by changing to a cheap stock, practice again and boom you can control any FAL even with a a 3.5x Or just mod your guns to have low recoil control. Or just use gyro lol. For movement just master your hud I guess.
