These dealerships are crazy...I can a recall notice on my 3500 2 months ago saying that 'side airbags may deploy unexpectedly and kill you, but we cant fix it now, so you've been warned, we'll update you if we ever have parts.' Essentially. Welcome back from travel.... thought we had loss u to the world. Only travel vids I'd be interested in is Ghana,Qatar, Saint Lucia, and Queens/Brooklyn,NY.. Or a tour of any major University campus .. like The Ohio State University- High Street. ---not that u asked. Congrats on the new rig btw.
I would suggest contacting Ford again and speak to the same guy that said Ford could only reimburse you for the cost of the transmission - $5,450. I would tell him there must have been a mistake because your debit card only indicates a balance of $5,000 and not the $5,450, as he represented. He will back track and deny that most likely. Then I would tell him, you’ve spoken to an attorney and you’re going to pursue the entire cost of the R&R of the transmission installation and possibly even lost income from the defective transmission and attorneys fees. You’ve been patient and waited months for a fair resolution. Then if they won’t budge, I would file in small claims court in NM. The damages are capped at $10,000. Typically Ford would have to have a corporate officer or NM attorney to represent them, so they would be much more willing to make you “happy,” because their delay and mitigation strategy is now going to cost them more money. Everyone knows the 10-speed transmission has problems in the early applications. The Raptor forums are filled with transmission problems.
Not bad advice, although in a lot of states, the entity being sued can request that the suit be bumped up to superior court. I’m not a lawyer, but this is the case in California. Just suggesting, you might want to check on this aspect. Good luck!
I would NOT cash that card till I got ALL my money back!!!!... They could say just like when you accept a crappy apartment and move out..They take your deposits and charge you extra money for all the other repairs via Small Claims Court....😳😳😳😳!!!

I agree with you I think they should have reimbursed you the full cost of your transmission being replaced. After all it would have cost them more had they done the work. Maybe if you write a letter to the CEO of Ford you will get further satisfaction. Good luck
My 2007.5 Duramax only has 335,000 miles on it’s Allison transmission. I’m still tying to figure out if it’s any good. After all it only has 6 forward gear ratios, not 10 like all these fancy new transmissions 🤷♂️………..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hello Yousiff, I've been watching hotshot videos and I came across your channel. I just acquired a 2018 RAM 3500 and a BigTex 22GN 40' Trailer, I noticed you had a 25GN during your hotshot days. How did you manage to hotshot it non CDL? Isn't that trailer too heavy for non-CDL? My 22GN is rated at 10K/axel (making it a total of 20K, with my RAM's GVWR that puts my setup way past 26K) Please advise how you were able to hotshot non CDL, Thanks in advance
They did the same thing to me on my 2019 with the upper and lower oil pans I had to spend $3,400 first before they reimburse me I had a hundred and thirty-nine thousand miles. I had to work done at Ford they told me what to do and I called them they reimburse me took about a month

@@paulriversred738 - it’s true. The heat exchanging coils are usually in the bottom of the refrigerator. There needs to be room for air to circulate around the coils; absorb the heat off of the coils. If it’s on the rug, it blocks fresh air from entering the area around the coils. If the rug strands are tall enough, they’ll cover the coils acting like a blanket. Would you put a rug over the radiator or transmission cooler fins in your car/truck?

You can’t, the setup is way too heavy you’ll hardly be able to scale any payload on that.
He was never a non CDL operator, he’s had his CDL from day 1.
vin numbers always tell tell the date of manufacturing . write the other money off on your taxes.
