    One idea with when laminated pages...you can use codes to still log them in your planner so you can still look back and see what you accomplished or want to work harder on... such as the Wellness Bucket List...code it as WBL and number the items.
    Your planner will have WBL4...them you can look back at the list and remember what you did back in January.

    I just bought myself a mini wellness planner yesterday! I'm not planning on really decorating it much (more just using it as a journal and tracking stuff like water and meditation) but this definitely gave me some more ideas on how to use it :)

    Can you do the same for fitness planning? I have several vertical planners that I don't know what to do with and you are so creative.

    It was last summer's wellness planner that got me into Happy Planner. I've used it pretty consistently, but it's mostly a journal now because of covid19. I'll switch to a different planner for next year because the new wellness planners focus on digital detox which generally isn't a big issue for me. I think I'll switch to a horizontal HP and make wellness notes in it.

    This was wonderful! Thank you for the ideas, I use some of the wellness stickers in my journal which I do at the end of the day, but I need to actually plan the steps for my wellness. Thank you so much. I'll be watching this again.

    I love this idea! Using wellness stickers and prompts in a weekly / non wellness planner. Also with laminating stuff to reuse the spreads! One little thing tho, a Bucket List is supposed to be a list of stuff you do before you “kick the bucket” as in, before you die lol. Sounds a little ominous for the lists you’re making hahaha!

    As usual, you come up with the best ideas, Heather. This video has given me more ideas to implement in my wellness planner. I use the mini, as it has been the most successful for me. I am going to add pages at the end to incorporate some of the ideas you have given me. Thank you.

    This is great for unused pages from passed months or years.Just block out week day number and day itself.

    You could probably make a whole spread like this in an undated planner and laminate the whole spread to reuse every week

    @4:10 I really dislike when they make stickers like that, & then don't provide enough for the whole week... like they're trying take it where you have to buy more than 1 book... I don't like having to use a different sticker, with a different saying... 😡
