- After Dirang, I still had to cover over 130 kilometres to reach Tawang. On the way, lay the famed Sela Pass. Climbing to an altitude of 13,700 feet, this is known to be one of the most epic motorcycling/driving routes in India, and it definitely lived up to its reputation.
In this video, I've documented a day spent riding my Royal Enfield Thunderbird Motorcycle, solo, through some challenging and treacherous terrain in less than favourable weather. It made for one hell of an adventure and a good story to share.

Thank you. There's no telling with Sela for sure because it depends on weather and snowfall in the days before you get there. But you might have a chance.

The part when you were riding through the clouds literally made me blind.. LOL. :D Was feeling as if i was riding through those road.
Rohit frankly speaking, i have seen so many moto vloggers but i have never ever came across to some one who is so raw at travelling. You sleep in tent under the wide open sky.. Meet and talk to the local people and you camouflage yourself into your surrounding as if you are the part of that place and living there since ages. I love to see that raw part of yours. I really liked the way you stayed in a tent outdoors in a totally different world. Nowadays I seldom find bikers doing that. I have toured in Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan and NE and seen so many groups sticking to ITINERARIES. Whatever happened to LIVE FREE tag we bikers used to boast. And yes, Arunachal offers the most gruelling and no roads situations like no other. However as someone said it true, the experience is all that it matters. If we really care for those brave-hearts from BRO who laid their lives while building this road, we should improve it's conditions and maintain the road properly. On the other side of the border, Chinese have made 4 lane highways under similar conditions. I don't know how would we mobilize our troops fast in case of war against China.

Car and bike differences does matters....
Your helmet did not have any wipers so during fog visibility decreased but that Tata sumo had wipers and AC vents on windshield so it can easily drive through fog without slowing its speed
