that watch is BADASS. congrats! on youtube, i've seen comments from a lot of guys who'd normally be inclined to go with the 41 opt for the 36 because the colored dial has so much attitude. they say this watch might actually look better (and be more properly proportioned) in the 36. the movements are the same, too. QUESTION: after seeing both the blue and the red, you still prefer red? and ... you don't think a 41 in red is too "over the top?" i wish i could see these in person.
The dial is very very bold, so I could see why people are opting for the 36. As for Coral Red, yes for me personally I prefer the coral red on my skin tone, the Tiffany blue spec we have here looks better on my girlfriend than it does on me due to her light skin complexion. The watches are definitely over the top and most likely only be worn for those occasions, wouldn’t recommend as your only Rolex.
@@vinnysingh7485 so since you already saw eitjer the 41 and 36 - does the 36 run small for a 6.75 wrist inch? I wonder if the 41 might be too big...based on the previous OP36 runs like a 38 wonder if this is the same considering the case. Let me know your thoughts
Vinny Singh I have the 41 in green which I think is terrific. For me they can be great daily wearers not just for special occasions. I would wear the Red or Tourquiose also. I like bold lol
I have 6.5 wrist and the OP 36 silver/gold is elegant and fits perfect. 41 has a big dial since very thin bezel. If you have bigger wrist 7.5 or big hands than consider the 41.

This is exactly how you guys build a narrative around watches. How can you say a 36mm watch is too small for your wrists. It seems to me you are trying not to detour sales around the 41mm OP. Lets make a bet; Put on a 36mm and then try on a 41mm and ask viewers to comment objectively on what will fit you. Then we can agree with your original statement

How on Earth did you get this watch so quick? Were you on a waitlist? Are you a preferred client at the AD? I have two AD's with past purchase history (2 watches with each) and while they put me on a waitlist they honestly told me it will be a long wait due to high demand.
I don’t agree that this Rolex OP is “very very thin.” The company designs thick, robust cases for all their watch models - - even the Rolex Cellini watches are on the thick side. I would agree however, that the OP may appear thin compared to a Submariner or other models in the Professional line.
Absolutely, when he showed the profile I was shocked at how thick it was. After checking, it's only 1 mm slimmer than a Sub! Crazy! The OP for me aims for a classy, timeless style and this thickness doesn't fit into that vision in my opinion, it almost seems to betray an intention to make it a big woman's watch rather than a small man's watch. I personally have a 36 mm watch which has an OP inspired case, it's a good 1.5 mm slimmer than this and it looks much better and classier in my opinion.
Mixed feelings on this one, it looked cool to me at first, but the more I see vids and wrist shots, the less I want it. I now find the yellow more appealing, but reserving final judgement till I see them IRL.
All the new OPs looked kinda good in the Rolex press pictures, but the more I see them, the more I start to dislike n get tired of them. Not the same with subs, daytonas or GMTs
@@stockholmpublishings2937 Yes, I've been able to see and try the dark blue and yellow OP41s so far. I was disappointed, they didn't feel lle a proper Rolex watch on the wrist, coming from sports watches. Other than the colours, the rest is a bit bland and generic to me. Pass.

One of my local ADs had a green 36mm in the window yesterday, looked great.
Why handle without gloves and then at 7:30 put gloves on???!!!??? An outside shot would have been useful too, but maybe I'm being too picky.
Box is hard to open with these slippery gloves on. Thats all.

It would not be preferred if you have smaller wrist or smaller frame. 36 is a great classy size for men.
