Now do my deck. Oceanfront, so all the steel plates rusted and fell off! Good thing it's only 2 foot off the ground, so people don't fall far when their foot goes through th deck. The last one was kind of a, "Oh... so t hat's what happens when you don't put flashing on the ledger board! Thanks for letting me know..."

They’ll be lucky if no one gets killed WHEN (not if) that thing collapses.
