Hi Aditya!
You play the flute so well.. I have seen your videos. They are amazing.
I would mention following things about what I have observed:
1. Channel grows rather slowly nowadays so you have to be patient. It might take more time now.
2. Try to upload at least once a week at the same time and day. If you upload twice it will be even better.
3. You also need to play simple songs for beginners.
4. Not all videos will go big for sure.. some videos will do average. So be prepared for it. Happens to all so no need to worry about it.
5. Lastly consistency is the key...
